Research Objective: In the process of basketball physical training, the development of strength quality and special physical ability has an important impact on the athletic ability of the players. The improvement of basketball special quality ability has been the research direction of coaches. At present,it is generally believed that high-intensity resistance exercises can effectively improve strength quality, but it also has some shortcomings,if the training stimulus is single, can not be combined with the strength of the special exercise, the longer the cycle, the higher the rate of sports injury, but pressure training as a relatively novel, better effect training method,it has the use of small intensity training can stimulate muscle growth,Improving muscle fitness is not just a feature of resistance training. The research takes the lower limb explosive power of students majoring in basketball as the research object. After eight weeks of experimental training, the approach to optimize the physical training of students majoring in basketball is proposed. At the same time,it also provides a good alternative way for students majoring in basketball who cannot use high-intensity resistance training or even other specialties.Research Methods: This study adopts the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and experiment. The information collection in the direction of pressure training and physical training of basketball project provides theoretical support for this paper.Sixteen students majoring in basketball in Nanjing University of Physical Education were selected as experimental objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 8 students in each group.Experimental training was conducted three times a week. After 8 weeks of intervention, the changes of lower limb explosive power index were compared. Finally, the data before and after the experiment and between groups were analyzed by Excel and SPSS.Results:(1)The results of the maximum strength test(1RM squat)after the experiment showed that there was no significant difference in performance between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.246),which was not statistically significant; There was a significant difference in the performance change in the experimental group after the experiment(P<0.001),and the change in the control group after the experiment(P=0.034),and the change rate of 15.0% in the experimental group was greater than that of the control group by 6.69%.(2)The results of muscle circumference in the middle thigh showed that there was no significant difference in performance between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.731),which was not statistically significant; There were significant differences in the performance change in the experimental group after the experiment(P=0.011),and there was a significant difference in the performance change in the control group after the experiment(P=0.011),and the change rate of 3.40% in the experimental group was greater than that of the experimental group by 2.25%.(3)The results of the standing long jump test showed that there was a significant difference in performance between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.048),which was statistically significant; There was a significant difference in the performance change in the experimental group after the experiment(P<0.001),and there was a significant difference in the performance change in the control group after the experiment(P=0.013),and the change rate of the experimental group was 2.91% greater than that of the control group(1.83%).(4)The results of 3/4 field running test after the experiment showed that there was no significant difference in performance between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.474),which was not statistically significant; There was a significant difference in the performance change in the experimental group after the experiment(P=0.027),and there was a significant difference in the performance change in the control group after the experiment(P=0.038),and the change rate of the experimental group was 2.50% greater than that of the control group.(5)The results of the test results showed that there was no significant difference in performance between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.472),which was not statistically significant; There was a very significant difference in the performance change in the experimental group after the experiment(P<0.001),and the change in the control group after the experiment(P<0.001),and the change rate of 1.58% in the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(1.27%).(6)The results of the CMJ test(squat jump)after the experiment showed that there was no significant difference in performance between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.506),which was not statistically significant; There was a significant difference in the performance change in the experimental group after the experiment(P=0.014),and there was a significant difference in the performance change in the control group after the experiment(P=0.025),and the change rate of the experimental group was9.11% greater than that of the control group(5.20%).Conclusions:(1)Scientific design of low-intensity compression training combined with high-intensity resistance training plan is an intervention method to effectively improve the explosiveness of the lower limbs of basketball special students.(2)Under the training plan mode of this study, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment, butthe experimental group could highlight certain advantages, and the change rate of various indicators was greater than that of the control group.
