Abstract/Summary:
Purpose: To explore the impact of lower limb explosive force training in track and field jumping events on the explosive force of lower limbs of basketball players by comparing the training effects of lower limb explosive force training methods and commonly used basketball lower limb explosive force training methods,and to develop lower limb explosive force training plans for basketball coaches Provide scientific training methods and theoretical basis to improve the training effect for the targeted training of the explosive force of the lower limbs of basketball players.Method: 28 high school basketball students with no lower limb and waist injuries were selected from Ruijin City as the subjects.The subjects were evenly divided into groups to train the explosive power training method of the lower limbs of the track and field jumping project and the explosive power training method of the lower limbs of the basketball.Before the experiment,the test indicators of the explosive power of the lower limbs were used to test the explosive ability of the subjects’ lower limbs and record the data.Test and collect data after the intervention of the training experiment.Subsequently,using mathematical statistics,independent sample T test and paired sample T test were performed on the data through SPSS,and the final conclusion was reached after an objective analysis of the results of the test.Result: The experimental group and the control group were trained on one-leg run-up,1RM weight-bearing squat,standing long jump,and 30-meter sprint after eight weeks of training in the explosive power training method of lower limbs in track and field jumping events and the commonly used method in basketball.Before the experiment,there were significant differences(P < 0.05);after the experiment,the single-leg run-up,standing long jump and 30-meter sprint performances of the experimental group were significantly different than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the experimental group’s approach The training effects of high,standing long jump and 30-meter sprint are better than those of the control group;after the experiment,the 1RM weight-bearing squat performance of the experimental group is not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05),but the average performance of the two groups is higher in the experimental group.In the control group.Conclusion: The lower limb explosive force training method of track and field jumping events and the basketball lower limb explosive force training method have significant training effects on the various measurement indicators of lower limb explosive force,which is consistent with previous studies;among them,the single leg approach of the lower limb explosive force training method of track and field jumping events The training effect of touch height,standing long jump and 30-meter sprint is better than that of basketball lower limb explosive training method.After athletes train through the lower limb explosive training method of track and field jumping event,the effect of improving lower limb explosive power is better than that of commonly used basketball.The explosive training method of lower limbs has a better effect;basketball coaches can learn from and combine the explosive training methods of lower limbs in the track and field jumping events in the explosive training plan of basketball players,so as to make the explosive training of lower limbs in basketball more targeted and also It can more effectively improve the explosive power of the lower limbs of basketball players.
