Strength is a very important quality in basketball physical training, the most effective way to increase strength is to implement resistance training.Pressurized training is the novel and effective training methods, training study and unilateral training is considered more in line with the basketball special strength training method, this paper will be pressurized training combined with unilateral resistance training, aims to explore the new training method of basketball specialized students' lower limbs strength quality different from traditional bilateral strength training and the change of the unilateral resistance training,at the same time try to provide some references for strength training for basketball special student basketball advice. The subjects of this paper are 24 male basketball students of wuhan university of physical education who meet the requirements of the experiment. The research methods used include literature review, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics. In the experiment,24 subjects were randomly divided into three groups of 8 each. The first group adopted double leg squats with an 80% load intensity of 1RM.The number of repeat groups was 5,and each group was repeated for 6 times. The interval duration was150 S.The second group adopted Bulgarian one-leg squat, with a load intensity of 50% deep squat of 1RM.The number of repeated groups was 5,and each group was repeated for 6 times. The interval duration was 150 S.The third group performed a pressurized Bulgarian one-leg squat with a load intensity of 50% and a squat of 1RM.The number of repeated groups was 5,and each group was repeated for 6 times. The interval duration was 150 S and the pressurized pressure was 150 mmHg.The progress of the three groups of experiments remained consistent. The total duration of the experiment was 6 weeks, with 3 training sessions per week, fixed as Monday,Wednesday and Friday of each week. Each training session consists of three stages:warm-up,body training, and stretching and relaxation.Except for body training, other training contents should be consistent between different groups, and no other form of lower limb training should be accepted outside the training time. The maximum force on the lower limbs of the subjects before and after the experiment(the maximum force of squats and the relative maximum force of squats);Explosive power(standing long jump, standing foot bounce,run-up foot bounce,run-up foot bounce);Strength endurance(40% squats 1RM weight × maximum number of repetitions)was tested. The experimental results were obtained by comparing the data between groups and within groups using statistical methods, and the conclusions and Suggestions of this experiment were obtained through analysis and discussion. The experimental results are as follows:(1)squatting,single-leg squatting and pressurized single-leg squatting significantly improved the maximum strength of lower limbs, relative maximum strength and strength endurance of basketball students.(2)the pressure single-leg squat group significantly improved the horizontal and vertical explosive force of the lower limbs of basketball students, while the squat group only significantly improved the touch height of the running feet, and there was no significant difference in the explosive force before and after the single-leg squat training.(3)there was no significant difference between squatting on one leg and squatting on deep legs in the lower limb strength quality tests of basketball students.(4)pressurized single-leg squat in the basketball students' maximum strength and strength endurance of lower limbs reflects the significant efficiency compared with the squat and single-leg squat;(5)there is no significant difference between the three training methods of deep squat, single leg squat and pressure single leg squat in the improvement of lower extremity explosive force of basketball students.(6)pressure single-leg squat significantly improved the maximum lower limb strength of basketball students compared with the squat group and the single-leg squat group, which may be related to the change of body weight. Conclusions and Suggestions:(1)the training method of pressure combined with unilateral resistance is the most efficient in the improvement of maximum strength and strength endurance compared with the traditional squat and single-leg squat. It can be used to develop the strength endurance and maximum strength of basketball students.(2)although the single leg squat and squats on the lower limb strength, there were no significant differences in the various projects to improve but from the biggest strength and the strength endurance numerical point of view, improve the efficiency of the single leg squat down more than squat, and one more in line with the power of the basketball training way,so if have certain strength basis,Suggestions to include unilateral training in basketball special strength training of students.(3)the study found that the three training methods, including the pressurized unilateral resistance training, are not the best training methods to improve the lower extremity explosive force of basketball students. In the process of the transformation from large strength to explosive force,it is necessary to combine and incorporate other more efficient training methods.(4)combined with the characteristics of basketball season strength training,it is suggested that basketball students should use more pressurized unilateral resistance training outside the season, reduce the use of pressurized unilateral resistance training in the early season, and use pressurized unilateral resistance training after weighing in the middle of the season.
