At present,the speed of change in basketball is getting faster and faster,representing the peak of the global basketball level of the NBA,in the past decade in order to improve the viewing of the game,constantly introduced a variety of new rules,resulting in the defensive intensity on the court is always meeting new challenges,NBA league for the offensive encouragement attitude,so that the sport to the worldwide basketball development trend has produced a huge change.The traditional center has gradually stepped down from the altar,the era of small ball has come in an all-round way,the previous training concept and training system have been completely dismantled and reconstructed,and the intensity of the confrontation on the field has never been so tragic and spectacular as it is today.The single physical or technical advantages of the past,under the requirements of the current sports development,seem to be different and powerless.However,no matter how wonderful and complex the tactical cooperation,or the diversified offensive means,and even the smooth offensive and defensive switching,all reveal the core characteristics of basketball since its birth-confrontation.Today,the "confrontation" in basketball has almost superhumanly required players to be almost omnipotent,able to suddenly defend,and shoot and grab.Just as more and more forwards and defenders in the NBA are the stars,the increasingly terrifying bounce ability,the efficient and in-place movement footsteps,baidu wearing Yang’s projection hit rate,and the extreme execution of tactical ideas,etc.,all mean that the comprehensive confrontation ability has surpassed the traditional single such as the strength confrontation characteristics,etc.,and has become the most prominent representative of the comprehensive strength of high-level basketball players on the field.Considering to the training environment and training level in different regions,the confrontation ability of basketball players has obvious regional characteristics and playing style characteristics at present,compared with Europe and the United States,the comprehensive competitive ability of domestic basketball players has shown a more obvious fatigue and downward trend in recent years,which has been confirmed in various large-scale events in the past decade.The series of negative feedbacks triggered in the training system further restrict the development of domestic basketball sports.As one of the reserve forces for the development of professional basketball,the first thing high-level basketball players in colleges and universities to encounter in the path of professionalization is a series of problems caused by low confrontation ability and weak physical fitness,not to mention the shaping and training of basketball professionalism.In addition,in the current daily training plan system of domestic college basketball players,the traditional routine training content still accounts for a large proportion,and only a small number of scholars have truly introduced foreign innovative ideas into the daily training content in research and practice.As mentioned in this article,the anti-resistance training method,in the known experimental training results,is only a point-to-point study,that is,the influence of a single method on a single ability,and there is no systematic discussion and practice.Therefore,this study attempts to establish a composite type of experimental protocol,on the basis of previous research,the overall confrontation ability of college basketball players to carry out relevant intervention research,hoping to improve the athlete’s confrontation ability to a certain extent through a reasonable and scientific training plan,but also hopes to play a role in throwing bricks and stones,providing theoretical reference for subsequent related research.In the early stage of this study,the authors used the literature method and the expert interview method,based on the experience summary of daily training and the study of advanced training concepts abroad,cross-searched the anti-resistance training and basketball players,and found that there were few research results.Therefore,after a long period of data collection,demonstration and with the help of interviews with the mentor expert group,the three were combined in the hope of testing the impact of training programs on the ability of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities through experimental methods.In the formulation of the experimental scheme,in accordance with the relevant theoretical and academic research points of view,considering the research level and the limitation of the length,among the many confrontation capabilities,the three aspects of bouncing ability,displacement speed and shooting ability are selected according to the common confrontation characteristics of the athletes to design the experimental scheme,and through 12 weeks of experimental training,the effect of the anti-resistance training program on the confrontation ability of basketball athletes is studied.The experiment was carried out in the gymnasium of the southern district of the avant-garde campus of Jilin University,14 athletes of the school basketball team were selected as test objects,divided into control group and experimental group,and the test indicators of different dimensions were used before and after the experiment to record the performance changes of the test subjects,and the mathematical statistics method in the paper writing was strictly implemented,and all the data were recorded and statistically analyzed using spss software,and the research results were as follows:1.After the training experiment on improving the bouncing ability,in addition to the in-situ vertical jump test,the other four test experimental groups were significantly different from the control group,and the performance improvement effect was significantly better than that of the control group.2.After the training experiment on increasing the displacement speed,the results of the six experimental experiments in the two groups showed a certain improvement,but there were still significant differences in the comparison between the groups,and the results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.3.The effective improvement of bouncing ability and the obvious improvement of displacement speed show that this experiment has a positive impact on improving the physical fitness confrontation ability and attack and defense confrontation ability of college men’s basketball players.4.In the shooting hit rate test after the completion of the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the three tests of fixed point shooting,60-second limited time jump shot and dribbling emergency stop jump shot,indicating that the experimental scheme had a good effect on improving the athletes’ technical confrontation ability.5.Experimental results show that compared with the traditional single scheme experiment and single ability research,the composite and intensive anti-resistance training scheme proposed in this experiment can effectively improve the multiple confrontation ability of college basketball players.The conclusion of this study is that anti-resistance training has a significant impact on improving the confrontation ability of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities,and the comprehensive composite anti-resistance training model is the future development direction for improving the confrontation ability of basketball players.
