In 2021,the issue of reducing the burden of primary and middle school students has become a hot topic of concern from all sectors of society.This study is based on the "double reduction" policy background,empirical investigation to understand the current situation of primary and middle school students and the dilemma,from the perspective of stakeholders game during the dilemma of students,and crack during the game dilemma of ideas and countermeasures,for the current further implementation of the "double reduction" policy,reduce the burden of primary and middle school students to provide a new way of thinking.In this study,2,338 primary and middle school students,7,609 parents and 2,995 teachers from four districts(counties)of Jiangxi Province were first surveyed,and some teachers,students and parents were selected for the interview survey.The survey results show that under the background of the policy of "double reduction",the burden of students has achieved practical results,and the burden of homework and after-school training has been reduced to a certain extent.However,the burden reduction also faces the following difficulties: the schoolwork burden of students is reduced after "double reduction",but the pressure of entrance examination is not reduced;after "double reduction",the anxiety of parent education is still widespread;the governance of after-campus training institutions is very effective,the students participate in after-campus training is still common;the school comprehensive education ability is insufficient,and the education concept of comprehensive development needs to be further constructed.Secondly,the paper analyzes the interest demands of different interest subjects and The influencing factors of all stakeholders in the process of student burden reduction.In the process of reducing the burden of students,educational administrative departments,schools,teachers,parents,students and after-school training institutions are all stakeholders in the education process.Due to the different interest demands of different stakeholders,resulting in different understanding of the concept of"students’burden reduction",their decision-making behavior may deviate from the original intention of burden reduction,thus forming resistance and obstacles to the implementation of the policy.All stakeholders are affected by different educational concepts,existing educational evaluation system and unequal distribution of educational resources,resulting in a multi-party game pattern for seizing educational resources and striving for educational interests.The interest relationship of the stakeholders is established in the constant change of the policy,and the interest game between the stakeholders changes with the constant change of the policy.Finally,according to the stakeholders theory and the game theory of the academic burden of primary and middle school students to promote the effective implementation of "double reduction" and reduce the academic burden of students,the following suggestions:improve the coordination mechanism and reasonably distribute the educational benefits of all parties;deepen the reform of educational examination evaluation and school evaluation;establish the educational pattern of multi-subject linkage,and give play to the joint force of family,school and social education. |
