| The new development concept comes from the coexistence of opportunities and challenges in China’s development.It is the basic guiding concept to deal with current challenges,promote development potential,seek development efficiency,and improve the quality of development.Population has a direct bearing on the country’s population development and future deployment.The study of contemporary Chinese fertility policy under the new development concept aims to reveal its evolution law,guide people’s concept of marriage and childbearing with innovative ideas,so as to promote the current system reform,establish a sustainable population development mode,and guide the implementation of the three-child policy with the new development concept has very important practical significance for promoting the long-term balanced development of population.This paper starts from the theoretical basis of Marxist population theory and takes the new development concept as the guidance background.On this basis,it systematically and generically discusses the contemporary Chinese fertility policy.The text is divided into five parts,the main research ideas are as follows: the first chapter introduction,mainly describes the domestic and foreign research status,the theoretical and practical significance of the research;The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of China’s population and fertility policy,focusing on the discussion of the main contents of Marxist population theory,the side source analysis of the new development concept and the background of the current fertility policy,and the overall planning of the internal relations between the two.The third chapter expounds the present situation of the present Chinese birth policy,analyzes its reform and inclusive nature from the policy background,and summarizes the difficulties and difficulties in implementation.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the implementation of the current birth policy dilemma,from the subjective and objective aspects,with human and environmental reasons as the boundary point to explain the difficult factors encountered in the implementation of the policy;The fifth chapter describes the path selection of the improvement of the present situation of Chinese birth policy,including the country,society and family three dimensions,from different perspectives on the implementation of the current policy difficulties put forward suggestions for development.In the process of the promotion of Chinese-style modernization and under the new development concept of contemporary China’s family policy not only enriched the Marxist population development theory from the theoretical level,but also developed the practical implementation experience of China’s family policy,and can promote the perfection,comprehensive and modernization of the population policy in practice.In the new development pattern to shape the Chinese birth policy,to achieve sustainable development of population and society. |
