Research On The Evolution Of China's Population And Fertility Policy From The Perspective Of Marxist Population Theory(1949-2018)

Pursuing human liberation and realizing the comprehensive and free development of mankind is the social ideal of Marxism and the overall goal of society.Since the founding of New China,China has always been a country with a large population.The population problem is a big problem,and its extension is broad and rich in content.The population problem is not only an economic issue,a political issue,but also a social development issue.The well-being of people's lives and the sustainable development of the country and the nation are inseparable from the effective solution of the population problem.The population thoughts of classical Marxist writers are new and scientific compared with their predecessors.Their theories run through Marxist philosophy,political economy,and scientific socialism theory.Although they are not concentrated in the same way as Capital,it is related to a distinct character and value of the times.This study is mainly based on the population theory of Marx and Engels.It uses the main contents of Marxism's two production theories,population quality theory,population development and social development theory.It summarizes the main experience of the birth policy by combing the Chinese population fertility policy after the founding of the People's Republic of China.The thesis puts forward the basic principles that should be adhered to in the formulation of the population birth policy,and offers suggestions for the population birth policy of China.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part.It mainly states the meaning and significance of the selected topics,sorting out the research status at home and abroad,the research methods,ideas and innovations of the research.It is to clarify the population theory of Marx and Engels.It mainly elaborates on the background and main contents of the population theory of Marx and Engels.It is to sort out the basic course of the evolution of China's population birth policy.The population birth policy after the founding of the People's Republic of China is divided into: the repeated stages of the birth control policy from 1949 to 1958;the gestation stage of the comprehensive family planning policy from 1959 to 1978;and the comprehensive opening and adjustment stage of the family planning policy from 1978 to 2018.Based on the theory of Marx and Engels population theory,combining the evolution of Chinese birth policy since the founding of the People's Republic of China,and then summarizes the main experience of Chinese population birth policy.It is a deep consideration the future development of the populationbirth policy in China,and a further summarize of the basic principles that should be adhered to in formulating the population birth policy in China.
