| Private college is more and more focused by our country,which attracted widespread attention.In the process of deepening the construction of vocational education,there will also be some problems,such as the difficulty in following up the personnel system,the negative impact of the new form of Private college development on the transformation and development of the school,and the most important and prominent problem is the wage distribution in the personnel management system.Private college teachers’ sense of identity with their work and their satisfaction and dependence on their colleges have a significant impact on the development of modern vocational education.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the issue of performance pay scheme according to the characteristics of Private college and the development mode of Private colleges.On the one hand,the study of the current performance salary system can explore the salary distribution system that can stimulate the enthusiasm and talent of the teaching staff and help the further development of Private colleges;On the other hand,it can also improve the current development environment of Private colleges,deeply implement relevant national policies,and promote the further development of Private colleges.This paper takes SES College,a private college,as an example,and focuses on the performance wage distribution system of the college.First of all,on the basis of a large number of literature research,this paper expounds the main theories of the study;Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the current situation of performance pay distribution in the college,and targeted interviews were conducted with the college teachers.Combined with the existing theories,the implementation effect of the current performance pay system was evaluated.It was concluded that the current deficiencies in the personnel management of SES College in the development process were mainly concentrated in five aspects,namely: lack of motivation,lack of fairness,lack of scientificity Inadequate targeting and competitiveness.Finally,analyze the reasons behind the deficiencies,and then propose the optimization plan of the performance wage management system,as well as the implementation guarantee to achieve the system optimization.The author hopes that this study can clarify the basic status of the performance pay distribution system in private colleges and universities at present,find suitable optimization schemes,and provide a basis for the implementation of the future performance pay system in private colleges and universities. |
