The Ministry and Socitey paying more and more attention to private vocational education,and the level and quality of private vocational education have been improved.However,due to the short development time of private vocational education and imperfect relevant policies,the development of private vocational education is still difficult.Is the key of the development of non-governmental vocational education teachers,and teachers’ pay is a major means of vocational schools attract and retain talented people,the perfect degree of the teachers’ salary system not only for the development of non-government vocational schools have not’s allow to ignore,also deeply affect the teachers’ enthusiasm,satisfaction and working enthusiasm,thus will affect the private vocational school talent training quality.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable and perfect teacher salary system in private vocational schools is the demand of teacher development,and also the subject of the reform of private teacher salary system.This study selected H School in Changsha as the research object,through the analysis of the text of the salary management system of the school and questionnaire survey,analyzed the status quo,existing problems and causes of the teacher salary system,and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to relevant theories.Through the research,it is found that there are four problems in the teacher’s salary system: the design of the teacher’s salary system is not strong,the teacher’s salary structure is not reasonable,the teacher’s salary standard is low,the teacher’s salary system lacks incentive mechanism.Further analysis shows that the main reasons for the above problems in private secondary vocational schools are: lack of government supervision and non-standard design of teacher salary system;The school fund source is limited,the teacher salary fund is limited;Lack of professional guidance and incomplete understanding of teacher salary system;At the initial stage of development,the management mechanism of teacher salary system is not mature.Combined with the current situation and existing problems of the teacher compensation system of H school in Changsha,this paper puts forward the basic countermeasures to optimize the teacher compensation system of H school in Changsha: first,the government should strengthen supervision and support to ensure the standardization of teacher salary system design;Second,set up the correct management idea,perfect the teacher salary system management;Thirdly,we should fully understand the teachers’ salary system and construct a reasonable and fair salary structure.Fourth,attach importance to the external competitiveness of the teacher salary system and improve the teacher salary standard.This paper expects to reveal the problems of teachers’ salary system from one point in private vocational school through the analysis of the case.According to the actual situations of the private vocational school,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the teachers’ salary system of the private vocational school.I hope this study can provide some ideas for improving the teachers’ salary system of private vocational school.
