The publication and use of the new high school physics textbooks((2019 edition)hereinafter referred to as "new textbooks")marks the implementation of my country’s physics education reform to the teaching process.As the central resource of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,textbooks affect teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.Compared with the old high school physics textbook((2004 edition)hereinafter referred to as "old textbook"),the new textbook has added some special columns,among which the "problem" column is the most prominent.In order to better reflect the value and significance of the "problem" column,it is necessary to systematically analyze the characteristics of the "problem" column and maximize the role of the column in teaching.This paper has seven chapters in total.The first chapter analyzes the research status of the "problem" column through literature research,and briefly expounds the purpose and significance of this research;the second chapter,based on the literature analysis,selects appropriate theories(Pre-organizer Theory,Recent Development Area Theory,Color Psychology Theory,Cognitive Development Theory,Representation and Multiple Representation)as the theoretical basis of this research;Chapter Three,conduct an in-depth analysis of the "problem" column,and summarize the characteristics and functions of the "problem" column,At the same time,the difference between the chapter headers of the two editions is obtained by comparing with the chapter headers of the old textbooks;Chapter Four,based on the investigation of teachers and students,draws conclusions about teachers and students’ understanding of the "problem" column,as well as some problems existing in teaching.Problems and deficiencies;Chapter Five,based on the above analysis and research,designed three teaching cases for teaching practice and testing their teaching effects;Chapter Six,based on the analysis of the "Problem" column of the textbook and the conclusions of the investigation of teachers and students As well as the teaching practice,some suggestions are put forward for the modification and use of the "problem" column;the seventh chapter summarizes the shortcomings of this research.All in all,this article takes the "problem" column of the new textbook compulsory Ⅱ as an example,systematically analyzes the characteristics and functions of this column,and combines the investigation conclusions and teaching practice,and puts forward some revisions and teaching suggestions for the column of the textbook.The first is the suggestion for textbook revision:(1)Establish a resource website that matches the teaching materials;(2)Vivid images,increase links;(3)Diverse forms,some expressions in the "problem" column are adjusted;secondly,teaching suggestions:(1)Connect with life,combine static and dynamic;(2)pay attention to students,use multimedia technology to teach;(3)Reasonable planning,series teaching materials.
