Not long after the birth of new poetry,it entered the field of modern Chinese education from the field of new literature under the "arrangement" of political rights by Hu Shi and others,and shared the function of Chinese education with literary genres such as novels and dramas.However,in recent years,the utilitarian nature of exam oriented education has made the position of new poetry in the field of Chinese language education precarious,and new poetry has been marginalized from teaching.Especially with the updating and updating of textbooks,there have been frequent changes in the selection of new poetry,making the effective teaching of new poetry a problem.Five new poems have been selected in the departmental edition of the high school Chinese language textbook,which has changed in terms of content,distribution,and teaching objectives compared to the People’s Education Press textbook.Therefore,based on the current situation of new poetry teaching,combined with the various regulations of the curriculum and textbooks on new poetry teaching,it is crucial to study the five new poems in the textbooks within the scope of Chinese language education,and propose effective strategies for new poetry teaching.This is crucial for improving the awkward situation of new poetry in high school teaching.Therefore,this paper is divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction.Define the concept of new poetry,introduce the origin and significance of research,summarize the current research status of new poetry teaching,and summarize the achievements and shortcomings of current research on new poetry teaching;Clarify the research object,research methods,and main viewpoints of the paper,highlighting the innovative aspects of the paper.The second part: Research on the Selection of New Chinese Poetry in High School.The statistics department compiles the number of selected new poems in high school Chinese language textbooks,summarizing their characteristics from the distribution of the selected articles in the textbooks and the history of new poems;Analyze the teaching value of selected articles,and elaborate on the significance of new poetry teaching from two aspects: new poetry and students,new poetry and Chinese language;Analyze the teaching objectives of the selected text from three aspects: curriculum standards,textbooks,and learning situation,and summarize the areas where the selected text should be implemented in teaching.The third part: Investigation and Problem Analysis of the Current Situation of High School Chinese New Poetry Teaching.Explain the research design intention of the survey,explain the survey form,survey objects,etc;Through questionnaires and interviews,analyze the current situation of high school new poetry teaching from the perspectives of students and teachers,and summarize the factors that lead to the current situation of high school new poetry teaching.The fourth part: Teaching Strategies for High School Chinese New Poetry.Firstly,what to teach should be based on the style of new poetry,interpreting new poetry from three perspectives: form,imagery,and reading aloud;Secondly,how to teach should pay attention to textbook writing,follow the teaching principle of combining integrity and gradient,use autonomous,cooperative,and exploratory learning methods,and compare reading and thematic reading teaching methods;Finally,it is necessary to enrich students’ experience of reading and writing new poetry outside of class by expanding the text of new poetry and stimulating their creative interest,helping them truly enter the new poetry and unleash its poetic charm.The fifth part: Conclusion.Emphasizing the marginalized position of new poetry in Chinese language teaching,Chinese language teachers bear the significant responsibility of changing the current situation of new poetry teaching.Teachers should delve deeply into teaching materials and maximize the teaching value of new poetry based on the actual situation of students.Finally,reflect on the shortcomings in the research and propose prospects for future research.
