Guangdong Province has planned additive manufacturing as one of the ten strategic emerging industries in the Double Ten Industry cluster,which has clarified the core competitiveness of developing additive manufacturing in the manufacturing industry.3D Printing Basics and Practical Training is the core course of additive manufacturing technology application in secondary vocational schools,which has made outstanding contributions to the cultivation of innovative and skilled talents,but the course currently has problems such as excessive teaching objectives,traditional teaching methods,and incomplete teacher evaluation and assessment methods,which affect the fit between the quality of talent training and the needs of enterprise talents.In order to solve the above problems,the action-oriented teaching method is introduced for the middle vocational 3D Printing Basic and Practical Training course,improving the teaching evaluation and assessment methods,enriching the course teaching system,deepening the reform of teaching objectives,and helping to improve students’ comprehensive vocational skills and technical literacy,aiming to achieve the goal of talent training for professional courses in additive manufacturing technology application.Firstly,through the literature research method,the relevant materials of action-oriented teaching methods and 3D printing vocational education at home and abroad are consulted,and the enterprises,teachers and students are investigated and researched,and the necessity and feasibility of adopting action-oriented teaching methods in the course of 3D Printing Basic and Practical Training are analyzed,and the theoretical support of action learning theory,multiple intelligence teaching theory and situational learning theory is determined;Secondly,following the teaching design principles of action product as the guide,student subjectivity,and learning situation workplace,the curriculum is studied according to the six core steps of action-oriented pedagogy:consultation,planning,decision-making,implementation,inspection and evaluation.Finally,the key teaching content of the 3D Printing Basics and Practical Training of Model course is selected for teaching implementation research,and the comparative experimental method is used to explore the effectiveness of action-oriented teaching method in the middle vocational 3D Printing Basic and Practical Training course.The experimental results show that the action-oriented teaching method adopted in the middle vocational 3D Printing Basic and Practical Training course is compared with the traditional teaching method,which can improve the teaching quality of the course and improve the comprehensive career ability of students.It has good advanced nature and fit close to the needs of enterprise talents,and has a high promotion and application value in secondary vocational education as the cradle of cultivating skilled talents.Greater ability to innovate.
