The goal of quality education in the new era is to promote the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor of all students.Since the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Schools and Universities in the New Era" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in 2020,the reform of labor education in schools and universities is also being carried out gradually.However,the research found that there are problems in the implementation of labor education such as the lack of attention to labor education and the neglect of the integration of labor education in the teaching of various subjects.Based on the disciplinary perspective of morality and rule of law course in the junior middle school,this study examines the realistic dilemmas and countermeasures of infiltrate labor education.The main body of the study consists by the following parts.The first part is an overview of infiltrate labor education,which mainly described the meaning of labor and labor education;the theoretical basis of infiltrate labor education in the morality and rule of law course in junior middle school,such as the Marxist thought on labor education;and the necessity of infiltrate labor education in the morality and rule of law course in junior middle school.These relevant overviews provide the theoretical basis for the research in this paper.The second part is about the goal,content and approach of infiltrate labor education.In order to provide a reference for the next part,this part mainly sorts out the main goals of labor education from relevant policies.At the same time,sorts out the main content of labor education from the curriculum standards of compulsory education and the textbook,and expound the approach of infiltrate labor education in the morality and rule of law course in junior middle school.The third part is a survey of the current situation,mainly taking four middle schools in Longyan City as the subjects of the survey,combining the questionnaire data,interview content,internship observation,and analyzing the current situation of infiltrate labor education.It find that there are realistic dilemmas in infiltrate labor education objectives,labor education contents,labor education approaches,and labor education effectiveness.This part indicates the direction of solve the realistic dilemmas of infiltrate labor education in the morality and rule of law course in junior middle school.The last part is the suggestions and countermeasures for the realistic dilemmas.It mainly suggested from three aspects,the first suggestion is to improve the teaching effect of labor education,such as improve the teaching philosophy and teaching methods,the second suggestion is to optimize the labor education environment and the last suggestion is to promote the implementation of labor education policies.
