Research On Integrating The Concept Of Labor In The New Era Into The Course Of Ideology, Morality And Rule Of La

In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is required that the party’s educational policy and the fundamental tasks of establishing morality and educating people should be implemented,and the socialist builders and successors with the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,sports,aesthetics and labor should be cultivated.Compared with the "morality,intelligence,sports and aesthetics" in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,only one word is different in the 20th report,but the understanding of education and training goals is more complete.This is due to the changes in labor manner derived from scientific and technological progress and the new needs of cultivating talents due to economic and social development,which makes it inevitable to conduct labor education in the new era.The labor view is a dynamic concept that is constantly changing with the development of the times.It has both a profound theoretical foundation and the rich connotation in the new era.The morality and law ruling class is the key courses of establishing morality and educating people,and at the same time a basic component for ideological and political theory courses in the university.It undertakes the important task of value cultivation,and the labor view is a concrete manifestation of values.Therefore,the morality and law ruling class can be used to educate college students about the labor view in the new era.Integrating the labor view in the new era into the morality and law ruling classes can be explored from the following four aspects: first,to find the curriculum positioning of education on the labor view in morality and law ruling classes;second,to grasp the relationship between the two based on the laws of the formation and development of the values and morality of college students,and implement it from the specific levels of knowledge,emotion,awareness and action;third,to integrate teaching content of the four modules: education on view of life,values,morality,and law ruling;fourth,to innovate the teaching method.Through the above ideas,the appropriate integration of the two is achieved on the basis of curriculum positioning,educational goals,teaching content and teaching methods,thus improving the educating effect of the labor view in the new era.Ideological and political education is a complex process.The task of integrating the labor view into the "morality and law ruling" classes is not something that can be done alone.We must explore the specific measures of education on the labor view from multiple perspectives and aspects.Therefore,at the implementation level,we must attach importance to the curriculum construction of the labor view and strengthen the theoretical research of education on the labor view.Education on the labor view is both the "book of theory" and the "book of practice" and the two should be combined.It’s necessary to strengthen the construction of the practice platform for education on the labor view and to expand labor practice to all aspects of labor in life,production and service.In addition,colleges and universities must also improve the corresponding working mechanism of education on the labor view,continuously improve the management model,optimize the evaluation system,and build a group of professional or part-time high-quality teachers.At the same time,it is necessary to bring together the strengths of schools,families,and society,build a coordinated education mechanism for education on the labor view,continuously explore and improve it in the new era,promote the realization of the comprehensive development of "morality,intelligence,physical,aesthetic and labor education",and contribute to Chinese-style modernization of education.
