| Affected by the COVID-19,many domestic colleges have started online teaching,including physical education classes.Sports apps such as Keep have been gradually introduced into colleges and universities.They have the functions of punching,recording,social sharing,and video teaching,which can meet some physical education needs.In this context,this study can provide a theoretical reference for the introduction of sports APPs into college physical education teaching,which is beneficial to colleges and universities to explore new teaching models,promote the integration of internal and external reforms,and further realize digital physical education teaching.This research can take into account user habits and design according to user needs,which is conducive to improving students’ learning effect and ultimately promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of college students.This research used literature research method,questionnaire survey method,controlled experiment method and logical analysis method.Through the literature research method,we can understand the application background,users,current situation and suggestions of sports APP in colleges and universities.The questionnaire survey method can clarify the usage habits of teachers and students,including usage willingness,frequency,questions and preferences.The controlled experiment method was used to explore the actual application of sports APP in four types of public physical education classes of Central South University,including badminton,volleyball,campus outdoor and sports dance,and to analyze the teaching effect after use,including students’ basic physical fitness and special achievements in physical education courses.both levels.The results show that the introduction of Keep as a teaching tool is recommended for the volleyball and badminton public classes in the second grade,the sports dance classes in the freshman and sophomore years,and the campus outdoor course in the freshman year.conclusion as below:(1)Keep is an extracurricular auxiliary teaching method.Its existing functions can meet the teaching needs of public physical education classes,and it is most popular with students.Keep can be used.(2)Whether to introduce Keep into specific public courses should be decided in consideration of curriculum setting,teacher requirements and students’ wishes.(3)In the selection of the function of Keep in the teaching of public physical education,attention should be paid to the learning and guidance of sports courses,followed by student data recording and social sharing.(4)Regarding the use of Keep,Keep can be used for pre-class warm-up and after-school auxiliary teaching;students can freely choose to exercise alone or form a team;the use time is flexibly arranged by students;the recommended frequency of use is 3-4 times a week;The content of the exercise is arranged by the teachers of each subject according to the curriculum.(5)Keep still has problems such as inaccurate evaluation results,complicated operations,loopholes in privacy protection,and excessive traffic consumption.Recommendations are:(1)If you use sports apps in public physical education,you can choose Keep.(2)It is recommended to introduce Keep as a teaching tool for freshman and sophomore sports dance classes,sophomore volleyball and badminton,and freshman campus outdoor courses.But given that campus outdoor courses are susceptible to weather,and survey data shows that nearly 80% of people think using Keep has a positive effect.It is recommended that the Keep Assist is also used in the on-campus outdoor courses of the sophomore year.(3)In terms of function,select relevant courses on Keep for students to learn,and also meet the social needs of students.Since middle-and long-distance running is important in public physical education classes,you can use Keep to record running data.Before class,prepare music and video lessons with strong rhythm in the app.In addition,the introduction of APP for venue reservation,which can be operated anytime and anywhere,maximizes the utilization of venues.(4)In terms of usage,it is not recommended to use it in the classroom.In addition to the pre-class warm-up,Keep is used as an after-school aid.Teachers of various subjects select videos to consolidate what they have learned in the classroom,and do not add Keep-based collective projects in the classroom.The use time is arranged by the students,and the frequency is 3-4 per week.Second-rate.(5)Optimize Keep,fix related loopholes and take multiple measurements;keep main functions and choose concise pages;ensure that measures are taken not to leak relevant data;schools can also increase cache functions and traffic consumption prompts when upgrading hardware facilities. |
