| This study introduced risk management into the field of school sports,took Jinan University as the main reference,investigated and studied the risk problems in public physical education class,evaluated the risk factors identified in public physical education class of colleges and universities according to the risk occurrence times,the average size of risk quantity and the intensity of influence,and made a sort of analysis.The probability and ranking of loss and injury caused by risk factors are obtained,and the corresponding countermeasures are summarized based on the evaluation results,so as to improve the risk management level of public physical education classes in colleges and universities,strengthen the risk awareness of teachers and students,and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries in college students.The method of literature,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics were used in this study.Firstly,a large number of literatures were collected and sorted out the possible risk factors in public physical education courses of colleges and universities in Jinan,and then the risk factor indicators were confirmed by Delphi method.On this basis,the Risk Assessment Questionnaire for public physical education courses of Colleges and universities in Jinan was made,and the distribution,recovery,reliability and validity test and mathematical statistics were carried out by EXCEL2019.Research results:1.The risk sources of public physical education in colleges and universities in Jinan include:school,teachers,students and environment,A total of 46 risk factors were included.2.The score and statistics of public physical education risk in Jinan colleges and universities that may be caused by school factors are as follows in order of risk quantity: There are major hidden dangers in the facilities and equipment of stadiums and gymnasitions and facilities and equipment and they are not dealt with in time(56.10),the facilities and equipment of stadiums and gymnasitions and equipment are not maintained and managed in time(43.49),the corresponding safety education is not in place(40.57),the teaching safety protection mechanism is not perfect(39.53),the measures are not taken in time when students receive injuries(36.90),and the safety rescue system is not Imperfect(34.83),imperfect management and supervision mechanism for teachers(34.72),imperfect safety management mechanism for sports facilities(34.03),and incomplete school sports insurance mechanism(21.50).The scoring and statistics of public physical education risks in Jinan colleges and universities that may be triggered by teacher factors are as follows in order of risk quantity: Fail to prevent students’ dangerous movements in time(43.16),fail to understand students’ physical condition and athletic ability in time(41.09),fail to take measures in time or take improper measures when students are injured(40.39),fail to pay attention to the protection and help when practicing new movements(39.53),fail to correct students’ wrong movements in time(35.55),and fail to make a clear report Know the attention of students(35.05),teaching safety supervision is insufficient(34.69),physical education activities do not fulfill the teaching standards(33.65),do not carry out necessary preparation activities(32.42),teachers in safety protection ability is insufficient(30.38),improper teaching organization(29.77).The scoring and statistics of public physical education risks in Jinan colleges and universities that may be triggered by student factors are as follows in order of risk quantity: Overdraft of physical strength(54.06),not mastering basic self-rescue methods(48.33),overjudging their own ability and using technical actions beyond their own ability(47.74),not following sports rules when doing sports;Use illegal movements(47.67),not serious attitude towards PE class(46.28),lack of self-protection awareness when practicing movements(45.72),use wrong technical movements(43.75),poor mental state or mood(40.05),lack of understanding of their own athletic ability(39.98),poor physical regulation ability(39).40),not careful in preparing for activities(39.26),not comprehensive and unreasonable in mastering technical movements(38.99),not complete exercises according to regulations(38.04),inappropriate dress(36.27),insufficient understanding of sports(33.12),poor physical fitness(32.48).The scoring and statistics of public physical education risks in Jinan colleges and universities that may be triggered by environmental factors are as follows in order of risk quantity: Indoor ground is slippery(54.22),rain and snow weather,The site is slippery(51.37),the site is damaged and not repaired in time(47.43),the equipment is not firm and loose during use(42.86),the flatness of the site is poor(38.61),the space between the sites is unreasonable(35.14),the space is not suitable for the corresponding teaching activities(35.11),and the correct use method and precautions are not indicated(29.65),poor sanitation of the site not cleaned up in time(29.50),unreasonable placement of equipment and equipment(27.96).Research conclusion:1.In the process of public physical education teaching in Jinan colleges and universities,there are various sports risks from the outside world and students themselves,which affect the normal development of public physical education teaching activities in Jinan colleges and universities and hinder the development of school physical education.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the risk of public physical education in Jinan universities.2.The risk sources and risk factors were determined through Delphi experts’ investigation,and according to the teaching characteristics of colleges and universities in Jinan,the "Sports Risk Checklist of public Physical Education in colleges and universities in Jinan" was formulated,so as to achieve the purpose of systematically identifying the risk factors that may lead to the occurrence of risks in the process of public physical education in colleges and universities in Jinan.It extends from four primary risk sources to 12 secondary risk sources and46 risk factor items.3.Among all the risk factors,the top three risk factors are: the facilities and equipment of sports venues have major hidden dangers and not dealt with in time,the indoor ground is slippery,physical overdraft.4.Specific strategies to deal with sports risks of public PE classes in colleges and universities in Jinan include: checking and maintaining sports facilities on time,avoiding risks timely according to the situation,strengthening safety education for students,improving students’ cognitive level,strengthening teacher training,improving teachers’ professional ability,improving school safety system and emergency record. |
