| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the surplus labor force in rural areas is exported to cities, and left-behind children are also created.Left-behind children are at a critical stage of growth and development, and lack the guidance and help of their parents in their thinking and values, and have difficulty in enjoying the care and love of their parents.Among the left-behind children, there is a special group of left-behind children of the Huayao ethnic group. They live in the mountains and mountains with little contact with the outside world, and the overall literacy level of Huayao villagers is low,so even though villagers recognize the existence of deviant behaviors of Huayao left-behind children, they are unable to effectively guide Huayao left-behind children to correct their deviant behaviors. Therefore, the deviant behaviors of left-behind Huayao children are in urgent need of guidance and correction by social work professionals. In this study,we selected left-behind children from Huayao J village as the research subjects, adopted literature research method, participant observation method and interview method to understand the specific manifestations and causes of deviant behaviors of left-behind children from Huayao J village, and selected one left-behind child from Huayao with typical deviant behaviors to conduct case work.Under the guidance of cognitive-behavioral theory, the correction of the deviant behavior of the left-behind child from the Huayao ethnic group achieved some success.Through this study,we summarize the experience and methods of social work intervention in the deviant behaviors of left-behind children of the Huayao ethnic group and conclude that left-behind children of the Huayao ethnic group are strong learners and imitators in their growth stage, and the cognitive-behavioral theory treatment method can effectively improve the deviant behaviors of left-behind children of the Huayao ethnic group. Finally, since there is little theoretical and practical experience in minority social work in China,we hope that this study can provide practical experience and inspiration for social work interventions in research related to deviant behaviors of left-behind minority children, and also provide reference for the development of minority social work practice and theory. |
