Labor relationship management is an important part of human resource management,and it is also the dynamic mechanism and forced mechanism of human resource management.The level of enterprise labor relations management can reflect the level of comprehensive management.Therefore,in order to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises and improve the comprehensive management level of enterprises,it is necessary to improve the management level of labor relations.Y company is a small and medium-sized company integrating production,research and marketing.At present,the main form of enterprises in our country is small and medium-sized enterprises.The problems of labor relations management in Y company are both typical and universal.This paper collects the situation of Y company through questionnaire,interview record and resignation survey,summarizes the current situation of Y company’s labor relations management,and points out the existing problems.The main problems are: insufficient basic work,weak labor contract management,lack of effective labor conflict management system,weak middle-level management,lack of effective communication mechanism,and low democratic participation of employees.Analyze the reasons for these problems based on the actual situation of Y company.Managers do not pay attention to labor relationship management,lack of risk awareness,lack of professional labor conflict management personnel,the company’s labor relationship atmosphere is not good,and the trust between employees and the company is insufficient.According to the relevant theories of labor relations management,combined with the current situation of Y company and the existing problems of labor relations management,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the labor relations management of Y company,such as strengthening the basic work,strengthening the labor contract management,establishing an effective labor conflict management system,establishing an effective communication mechanism,and improving the democratic participation of employees. |
