Study On The Influencing Factors Of "Helping The Disabled With Disabilities" Model On The Self-Efficacy Of Helpers With Physical Disabilities From The Perspective Of Normalization

In 2021,The State Council pointed out in its opinion on accelerating the process of promoting a well-off society for the disabled: a well-off society without disabled people is not a well-off society in the true sense.Physically disabled people are no different from ordinary people in terms of memory,Perception,Thinking,And attention.However,It is affected by motor system damage,Partial loss of ability,Role change,And the public’s non-normalized cognition of physically handicapped people from the "problem perspective".Physically disabled people gradually appear inferiority complex,Depression,Withdrawn,Dependent,Passive,Closed and other characteristics,And then they are in a state of low self-efficacy for a long time.However,This low self-efficacy is not irreversible.As long as the factors that affect the formation and change of self-efficacy are properly intervened,It can help people with physical disabilities to improve their self-efficacy.The “helping the disabled” model of Institution Z has proved from practice that as long as the factors affecting the formation of the self-efficacy of the physically handicapped are properly intervened,the self-efficacy of the physically handicapped can be improved,There by helping them to participate in social activities normally.According to statistics,The total number of disabled people in my country is as high as 85.02 million,And the number of physically disabled people is as high as 24.72 million.It can be seen that the physically handicapped groups in my country have huge potential for development.This research adopts a qualitative research method combining interview method and observation method.The focus of the research is to explore the factors through which the“helping the disabled” model can improve the self-efficacy of people with physical disabilities,And to analyze its effect path.Conclusion 1: Ability improvement,cognitive change,role change,and the acquisition of other people’s evaluation,alternative experience and successful experience have a decisive role in the improvement of self-efficacy of helpers with physical disabilities.But this effect is not determined by a single factor,But the result of the combined action of various factors.Conclusion 2: There are two main paths for improving the self-efficacy of the physically handicapped helping the disabled through the "helping the disabled" model:(1)The training path for the physically handicapped helper;(2)The service output path.The former mainly improves the self-efficacy of disabled helpers through factors such as ability improvement,cognitive transformation and role transformation.The latter,In the process of service output,Further enhances and consolidates the self-efficacy of helpers through the feedback of positive external evaluation,The summary of successful experience and the exploration of alternative experience.
