Enhance The Self-efficacy Of Disabled People Intervention Effect

As a major vulnerable group of society,the disabled should be specially cared for by the state and society.How to treat people with disabilities can not only measure the degree of civilization of our society,but also to promote the development of China's socio-economic and cultural.The development of the social work of the disabled in China can be described as a certain achievement,but there are still problems,such as slow development,single model and so on.We can see that the new model of social work for disabled people is imminent.This study focuses on the problem of self-efficacy of disabled people.Based on the theory of self-efficacy of Bundula,and the members of the community of S as a service object.Use case work to analyze the effectiveness of the service.First of all,according to the implementation of the service,the needs of clients to conduct self-assessment and social assessment.Through the pre-test and in the exchange with the clients,I grasp the real needs of clients.Based on the design of the practice from different dimensions to improve the self-efficacy of the program,hoping to guide the service object self-awareness,review the past,enhance the successful experience,oral suggestions,etc.to improve the emotional,interpersonal,professional and other areas of self-Better face the life barrier due to disability.Second,Process assessment and effectiveness assessment of case services based on the implementation of the service.Process assessment is primarily about the rationality of the design of the program,the effectiveness of the implementation,and the assessment of the use of social workers.The evaluation of the effect is mainly a comparative analysis of the effects of the target assessment,the satisfaction assessment,and the three dimensions of the horizontal dimension.Through the analysis of the professional case service of my own social work,this study has the following main conclusions: First,the emotional adjustment of self-efficacy of the clients can be improved,but the service effect is not very obvious,and the effect evaluation is more difficult;Second,interpersonal self-efficacy of the most obvious effect of the service,the most easy to improve,and the impact of breadth,penetrate into the service object of other areas of life.Third,the professional self-efficacy of the service effect of the most lasting and depth.Finally,this study discusses the problems of welfare fraud,the influence factors of social workers using professional methods and techniques,and so on.
