Research On The Optimization Of Crisis Intervention Service Process For Children In Distress

With the expansion of the scope of child welfare security,the definition of children in distress in China is more clear,and the protection of children in distress is more accurate.In recent years,Nanjing has widely adopted the form of government purchasing services from social work agencies to carry out protection and support services for children in distress.In this context,this paper focuses on crisis intervention services for children in distress,takes SOCIAL organization L as the object of study,adopts qualitative research method,collects case data and conducts interviews to study the optimization of crisis intervention process.This paper uses the perspective of legitimacy and field theory as the interpretation theory,and crisis intervention mode as the intervention theory.Three representative crisis intervention cases are selected to introduce the process,and the legitimacy crisis and causes of the process of crisis intervention for children in distress are compared under different project environments at different stages.The research finds that the legitimacy crisis of L institution is reflected in three aspects: first,the lack of professional legitimacy caused by insufficient professional competence and external recognition;The second is the lack of legal legitimacy caused by imperfect policies and regulations and non-standard institutional management;The third is the lack of organizational legitimacy caused by unscientific incentive measures and unsmooth communication and cooperation.Based on the analysis of the organizational field of L institution,the integrated process optimization principle combining legitimacy and efficiency is proposed.First,the management process is optimized,the crisis intervention service is considered in the background of the project system,the operation efficiency of the institution is taken into account,and the intervention cost is controlled.Second,the communication process should be optimized.In order to reduce the docking cost,it is necessary to establish a relationship of trust with the government and community,balance the goals of the government and institutions,continuously enhance autonomy,and improve the response speed of crisis intervention.Third,optimize the evaluation process.With the help of third-party evaluation and social organization alliance,design unified evaluation standards and indicators for crisis intervention,balance the pursuit of public welfare and efficiency,and improve service quality,so as to better apply laws and regulations,interact with all units more properly,and establish a better professional image.
