In the curriculum reform, How to obtain the teacher' approval , how to enhance and maintain teacher's approval and realizes the right and the voluntary equality is important . Specially to have them participated in the curriculum reform actively. Political legitimacy probes into the relation of governing (ruling) and the source of the right of ruling mainly. In view of some realistic questions, this paper try to put forward some practical advices for the curriculum implementation by referring the theory of western political legitimacy to the curriculum reform in China. The whole paper was divided into four parts:In the first part, this paper makes an general introduction about the research questions, research methodgy, research design, and significance of the study.In the second part, this paper discusses the feasibility of the study by referring the theory of western political legitimacy to analyze the curriculum reform in China in details, which covers three aspects: possibility of reference, significance of reference, and the angle of analysis in the study. All the analysis in the study were mainly based on the inquiring of benefits, participation and communication, ideology and legitimacy crisis in curriculum reform.In the third part, this paper discusses the apocalypses of this study, and put forward several practical strategies to implement the new curriculum reform, such as to attach importance to the benefits of teachers, to arise teacher' awareness of curriculum reform, to reconstruct the school culture, and to have the curriculum reform adapt to the school environment.In the forth part, this paper makes an reflection on the study, and thinks over the problems and question of the paper during the study, and some further research recommendations were given at the end of the paper.
