A Study Of Social Work Intervention In Troubled Students’ Weariness From The Perspective Of Ecological Systems Theory ——Case Practice Based On A Junior School Student Z

Nowadays,more and more people begin to care about and attach importance to the special group of children in distress,and their problems and difficulties are more prominent.During the internship,the author came into contact with the special group of children in difficulties,and found that many children in difficulties are tired of learning through investigation.Based on the problem of students’ Weariness of learning,this study uses interview method,observation method and case study method to carry out research and analysis,and on the basis of multiple interviews,systematically discusses the causes of the problem.Then on the basis of the cause analysis,based on the ecosystem theory,using the professional methods and skills of social workers’ intervention,the paper studies and explores the causes of the problem of weariness of learning for the service objects.In the specific practical activities,it will carry out phased and step-by-step intervention from the case owner,family,school and other aspects,and finally solve the problem of weariness of learning for the service objects And achieve the expected effect.This study draws the following conclusions: first of all,from the perspective of ecosystem theory,social workers need to combine the view of "people in the situation" when analyzing service objects.According to the theory,the problem of individual production is caused by many systematic factors.Therefore,when analyzing problems,we should analyze them comprehensively from multiple systems.Secondly,the solution of the problem shows that case social work is of practical significance in the face of such problems.Therefore,family,school and society should pay more attention to the development of social work,so as to help more students in need to solve the problem of learning weariness.
