In the modern society with the rapid development of information technology,science and technology,and safety awareness,biosafety is closely related to personal health,social development,and national stability,and the improvement of citizens’ biosafety literacy is imminent.At present,biosafety education is concentrated in the higher education stage,and the basic education stage is less developed.Carrying out biosafety education in high school can not only improve the biosafety literacy of middle school students,but also lay a solid foundation for biosafety education in higher education,and provide talents for scientific research and national construction.This paper starts with the current situation of biosafety education in senior high school,combs the content of biosafety education that can be integrated into the senior high school biology textbooks,innovatively combines biosafety education with the college entrance examination,and provides teachers with strategies and cases for integrating biosafety education in biology teaching,helping to improve students’ biosafety literacy.This study combines theory and practice,and through literature research,it is determined that the five modules of infectious disease prevention and control and drug safety,biological resources safety,biological weapons and anti-terrorism education,biotechnology safety and laboratory safety should be integrated.Through a questionnaire survey,we found that students and teachers generally recognized the importance of biosafety education and the feasibility of integrating biosafety education into biological teaching.Students have a positive attitude towards accepting biosafety education,but the pressure of teaching and examination and the teachers’ own biosafety literacy limit its implementation.This study combines the relevant materials of biosafety education in senior high school biology textbooks and the relevant investigation contents in the college entrance examination biology test questions,and proposes teaching strategies such as making full use of learning plans,adopting various teaching methods,consolidating exercises,offering optional courses and social practice.After a semester of teaching practice,the results show that integrating biosafety education into senior high school teaching can effectively increase biosafety knowledge,enhance biosafety awareness,help students build biosafety literacy,and enhance students’ biology grades.This study believes that it is feasible and effective to integrate biosafety education into high school teaching,and biosafety education also needs the efforts and joint promotion of family,school and society.Long-term and comprehensive biosafety education can enhance students’ biosafety literacy,and is conducive to the physical and mental health of individuals,the stable development of society and the long-term stability of the country.
