Biosafety involves life safety,national security and ecological security.In the era of rapid development of biotechnology,it is particularly important and urgent to strengthen biosafety education.As the largest developing country in the world,China should not only introduce a series of biosafety laws and regulations to supervise and restrict biosafety,but also constantly improve students' scientific understanding and awareness of biosafety.First of all,through reading relevant literature,retrieval of core concepts,to understand the status quo of biosafety education research.Using the method of questionnaire survey,a total of 338 students in the high school of practice school biosafety education status was investigated,and the students' current attention to biosafety,awareness and attitude were analyzed.The results showed that the students did not attach much importance to biosafety and did not know enough about biosafety,and showed support for biosafety popularization.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of 13 biology teachers in school,it is found that the teachers also infiltrate the biosafety knowledge in their daily teaching,but the infiltration way is single,the effect is not good and so on.Combined with the students and teachers' questionnaires and interviews,suitable for biological safety education in biology textbooks for high schools of biosafety corresponds to the knowledge points for finishing,proposed the full use of classroom teaching,held a theme class meeting regularly,nature of biological safety of campus cultural activities,popular science teaching strategies such as design about the exam.Secondly,the teaching infiltration practice of biosafety was carried out in two classes of Grade Two during the educational internship.According to the results of biosafety popular science test paper,to compare the two classes before and after infiltration of mastery.The results showed that the average score of the control class and the average score of the experimental class were similart.After practice,the average score of the control class was 62.35,and the average score of the experimental class was 67.23.There was a difference in the mean of the two classes.P < 0.05,it could be seen that the post-test scores of the two classes were significantly different,indicating that the infiltration of biosafety education in teaching was helpful to the improvement of students' biosafety awareness.Through the chi-square test analysis of students' effect on biosafety education implementation,it can be seen that students in the experimental class showed a significant increase in their attitude towards biosafety knowledge learning and practical application of precaution knowledge.Biosafety education and popular science is not only the work of biology teachers,we hope it can arouse the attention of schools and society.Only the joint efforts of teachers,schools and society can achieve the purpose of improving national biosafety awareness and prevention.
