In human history,various infectious diseases continuously appear,and the controlled infectious diseases often make a comeback.With the development of science and technology,the abuse of biotechnology has become increasingly serious,and the research and development of biological weapons has been repeatedly banned,which poses new challenges to the maintenance of biosafety.In January 2020,the outbreak of Covid-19 brought great threats to people's health,national security and social stability,and sounded the alarm bell of China's biosafety.In this context,biosafety education is particularly important.The purpose of this paper is to sort out the theoretical system of biosafety education,find the breakthrough point of biosafety education,infiltrate biosafety education in time,and find the methods and ways of biosafety education by analyzing the relevant biosafety contents in biology textbooks of senior high schools.This paper is divided into three parts:In the first part,the connotation of biosafety and biosafety education and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized by literature research.It is found that biosafety education can be subdivided into five areas:infectious disease prevention and control education,biological weapons and terror prevention education,ecological resources safety education,biotechnology safety education and laboratory biosafety education,which can permeate biosafety education from these five aspects.In the second part,the students and teachers of a middle school in Ruichang were investigated by questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation of biosafety education in high schools.The survey shows that teachers generally lack biosafety literacy,and the heavy task of biology teaching leads to the lack of biosafety education in schools.Students' awareness of biosafety knowledge is generally low,lacking biosafety awareness,and some students' biosafety behavior habits need to be cultivated.The third part,fully excavate the biosafety education materials in biology textbooks,establish the teaching principles and methods of biosafety education,and infiltrate biosafety education into biology teaching in senior high schools.After one semester's biosafety education practice,it is found that students' attitudes towards biosafety incidents and biosafety behaviors have been improved and improved,but there are no significant differences in academic achievements and biosafety knowledge.This study holds that there are a lot of biosafety education contents in biology textbooks for senior high schools,which provides convenience for developing biosafety education in senior high schools.From a long-term perspective,the development of biosafety education is conducive to improving students' biosafety quality and enhancing people's sense of social responsibility.
