| With the improvement of the national economic level and people’s living standards,private international school plays an important role in meeting people’s demand for diversity education.Private international schools are moving in the direction of institutionalization and standardization,meanwhile,the transformation and upgrading of the market also puts forward both opportunities and challenges for the managers of private international schools.Recruitment management,supporting the human resource management strategy,ultimately points to the high-performing and balancing supply of talents.Teacher is the key for teaching and education quality improvement,the optimization and iteration of the teacher recruitment is of significance for the private international school’s fast and stable development.This thesis expatiates the research on the optimization of teacher recruitment management of N International School.Through literature review,interviews with senior executives,field observation and other approaches,it analyzes the current situation and problems of the recruitment plan of N International School,and it concludes that the main reasons that caused the problems are: the mismatch between talent and post,the insufficient applicants,the incomplete means of talent selection and the unitary of new employee orientation training.This thesis analyses the causes lie in lack of post competency model,limited talent acquisition channels,lack of uniform standards in talent screening and neglect of the features of new teachers at the post-recruitment stage.Specific measures and safeguard measures for the optimization plan are proposed in these four aspects respectively. |
