The recruitment of outstanding teachers is one of the important ways to improve the quality of teachers.It is the first task to choose teachers to meet the needs of contemporary social development.As an important part of teachers' groups,PE teachers play an important role in physical education teaching.,To improve the quality of physical education teachers have begun to become an important task in the school work.Sports teacher recruitment work is an important part of the construction of physical education teachers,recruitment work is carried out in an orderly manner,affecting the quality of school education and teaching.This paper investigates the recruitment work of high school PE teachers in Guangzhou,and provides some help for the employment of PE students.Secondly,to understand the current situation of Guangzhou high school physical education teachers recruitment,sum up experience,found that there are some problems,put forward some improvement measures.This paper focuses on the current situation and countermeasures of the recruitment of high school PE teachers in Guangzhou.It mainly adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the recruitment of high school PE teachers in Guangzhou The research conclusion is: 1.Guangzhou high school sports teacher team structure is not balanced,the total can not meet the actual school needs of physical education teachers.2.Recruitment conditions are not unified,the lack of uniform standards,the recruitment of information channels is not wide enough,leading to candidates to obtain information is not timely and comprehensive.3.Guangzhou City Board of Education did not recruit high school sports teacher recruitment form and content to be unified and rigid,the form of examination mainly include written and interview,but the district in the written examination and interview specific form and content assessment there are some differences.There are two types of written examination: part of the test subjects subject matter,some subjects have subjective subject;written content includes three types: only test physical knowledge;only test the comprehensive theory of knowledge;both have.5.Interview forms include structured interviews,lectures,trial teaching,professional skills testing,the specific form of the choice of different districts.There are significant differences in the evaluation criteria of teachers' recruitment and the satisfaction of teachers.There is a lack of objective andunified evaluation methods in the recruitment process,and there are some irrational and unscientific methods in the evaluation methods.This paper puts forward the corresponding reform measures: the optimization of the structure of teachers;the development of standardized recruitment conditions,broaden the channels of recruitment of physical education teachers;constantly enrich and improve the form and content of assessment;develop a reasonable assessment of the development of high school PE teachers in Guangzhou City,Evaluation methods;to ensure that the recruitment of fairness,impartiality.
