Research On The Optimization Of The Faculty Recruitment Plan Of H Schoo

Nowadays,many people do not have a good understanding of human resources management work,and the recruitment work is completely independent of other work of human resources management.The emphasis on recruitment is not high enough.In recent years,there have been similar problems in the rapid development of private education and training schools.Training institutions of privately-run education all belong to intelligence-intensive industry,in which it is frequented that employees are easy to make their entry but also quit very soon.Due to the particularity of the recruitment targets of private education and training schools,and the incomplete consistency of human resources management in general enterprises,the research on the recruitment of faculty and staff in private schools is more research-oriented.H school,as such a institution set up in 2005,has many problems in staff recruitment and they need to be optimized urgently.In this research,H school is the research object.With the methods of interview and questionnaire,combing with the empirical data of H school recruitment by investigation,based on the development strategy and human resources strategy formulated by H school,and under the guidance of relevant professional theoretical knowledge,the author finds out the existing problems in the recruitment process and makes a feasible optimization program for H school faculty recruitment.There are defects in the whole process of faculty recruitment of H school: pre-recruitment work,the recruitment and post-recruitment work.Based on the relevant management theory,the author makes an analysis of the reasons and puts forward the optimized and specific arrangements and safeguards in order to provide a good basis for the implementation of the faculty recruitment optimization program.Through the research on the optimization of H school staff recruitment program,it can not only help H school to improve the recruitment effect,but also provide references for other schools in the same industry to formulate recruitment programs.
