| As a valuable resource for the survival and development of enterprises,human resources have always been the core of enterprises’ pursuit of competition.Especially for the education and training industry,which is undergoing a rapidly growing period.Recruitment as the primary section of human resources is the most important part.Studying the recruitment management of ES enterprises is not only the new requirement of the domestic English education and training industry,but also the internal demand of ES enterprise’s internal production development.With this background support,this article takes the ES enterprise staff recruitment management as the research object,takes the recruitment management optimization as the goal,research according to the questions.analysis of questions and the their solution.Through research results on local and foreign experts in the human resources recruitment field,provided the theoretical basis for this article.Understanding the present situation of ES enterprise staff recruitment management through interview and communication.First of all,this article summarizes the current situation of employee recruitment management in ES enterprises,and finds out the problems such as the slow arrival of new employees,poor ability of new employees,and the problem of acclimatized new employees.These problems have seriously restricted the development of enterprises.ES enterprises do not have complete recruitment plan,lack of human resources organization function is the main cause of the problem.Secondly,this article proposes the idea and method of how to optimize recruitment management of an ES enterprise,clear human resources department staff responsibilities,construct the human resource planning system,develop and select new recruitment channels,and ultimately create a down to earth’s human resources team recruitment problems to solve the enterprise.Lastly,the implementation of ES enterprise recruitment management optimization program needs personnel protection,institutional protection,as well as financial security.This article provides necessary references for the private English Language Education enterprises and the industry to optimize the recruitment management in market. |
