| The amalgamation of moral and intellectual education in high school ideology and politics classes is a fundamental part of cultivating moral character.Role model education,a key component of ideological and political education,is essential in enriching the teaching material,attaining the teaching goals,executing the teaching process,and offering feedback on the teaching outcomes of senior secondary ideology and politics classes.By blending role model education with high school ideology and politics class teaching,close contact can be employed to better realize the aim of moral education,augment the practical impact of high school ideology and politics class,and,in a subtle manner,foster students’ will,sound and perfect personality cultivation,thus advancing their overall development.The teaching of high school ideology and politics classes necessitates an intensive examination of the utilization of role model education.Although role model education has achieved certain effectiveness in teaching high school ideology and politics classes,problems such as low recognition by some students,short duration of effect,and insufficient reflection for improvement still exist.Therefore,how to effectively combine role model education with high school ideology and politics class teaching,improve the effectiveness of role model education,apply role model education scientifically and precisely,as well as enhance students’ participation in role model education,are An important issue that needs to be solved at present.As an effective way of ideological and political education,it is necessary to explore this topic in depth.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to improve the practical effectiveness of role model education as applied in teaching high school ideology and politics classes.To this end,a questionnaire survey of high school students and interviews with teachers are used to understand their awareness of role model education and to reflect on the effectiveness of teaching.Finally,this paper will propose some feasible solutions to help organically integrate role model education with the teaching of high school ideology and politics classes and improve the effectiveness of its practical application.Firstly,to select role models scientifically and precisely;secondly,to expand the form of role model education;secondly,to strengthen the effect of role model education;and finally,to improve the feedback of role model education,so as to provide practical and effective reference for the application of role model education in teaching high school ideology and politics.By exploring the implementation of "Creation and Realisation of Values",this study confirms the importance of role model education in high school ideology and politics classes,and thus provides an effective way of ideological and political education. |
