Research On The Construction Of Role Model Culture For College Students In The New Era

Role model culture is a cultural pattern of promoting and spreading social core values with role model characters as the carrier.It is subordinate to the mainstream culture of the society,and in the specific development process,it is expressed as the sum of material presentation,spiritual manifestation and institutional protection,with the characteristics of the times and the group.In the decade of the new era,under the strong leadership of the Party,the cultural construction of role models for college students in China has played an important and unique role in guiding the value choice of college students,gathering the value identity of the whole society and consolidating the guiding position of mainstream ideology by linking the basic links of selection and establishment,propaganda and promotion,edification and cultivation,and protection and development.College students in the new era are a dynamic,creative and hopeful group,the main force in building a strong socialist modernization country,and the“dream team” to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.What they worship,what they revere,what kind of culture they receive,and what new preferences they feed back need to be focused on.What achievements and experiences have been made in the construction of role model culture of college students since the new era should be explored comprehensively.In the critical period of starting a new journey,what difficulties and challenges have been encountered in the construction of role model culture and what contradictions and changes have been manifested in the face of the ever-developing college student group,which need to be considered in depth.Looking into the future,it is certainly worth planning how to better lead and inspire college students to grow and become successful through the continuous emergence of role model figures and the birth of role model culture.Except for the introduction and conclusion,this paper mainly consists of four parts.Chapter one,connotation and characteristics.This part focuses on the connotation,principle requirements and distinctive features of the construction of role model culture of college students in the new era.Starting from the essence of the concept of “role model”,through the review and analysis of historical facts,it transitions to the investigation of the essence and expression of role model culture,and then comes to the conclusion that “the role model culture of college students in the new era is the comprehensive expression of the period and group of role model culture”.This is the conclusion of the viewpoint.Based on the clarification of the concept,the objective of the construction of role model culture for college students in the new era is to systematically build the atmosphere and ecology of role model culture and promote college students to “enter the room of the orchid for a long time and become fragrant”.With the construction goal as the point,the process requirements and general characteristics of the construction of role model culture of college students in the new era are elaborated,and the analysis basis based on the selection of role model,propagation of role model,education of role model and development of role model is launched,which gives the basic theoretical support to this paper.Chapter Two,construction achievements.This part concentrates on sorting out the exemplary representatives highly affirmed by General Secretary Xi Jinping on important occasions and mentioned in his important reply letters,systematically dividing the role models emerging in the new era with the college students as the coordinates of the circle,the types and characteristics of role models that have an important influence on college and analysis of contradictions in the construction of role model culture for college students in the new era,further accumulating experience,grasping the rules and anticipating the situation,with a view to exploring the key strategies for the construction of role model culture in conjunction with the actual situation,and providing reference and help to create a “silent” atmosphere space for role model culture.
