In terms of sports interests: There was no significant difference in the total score of interest between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P=0.433).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the maintenance of interest(p=0.007 <0.05)and formation of interest(p=0.039 < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total score of interest(P=0.245)(p > 0.05).Interest maintenance(p= 0.002 <0.05)and interest formation(p= 0.01 <0.05)had significant differences,and total interest had significant differences(p=0.451<0.05).There was no significant difference in the control group after the internal experiment(P=0.592),and the empowerment exercise mode had a significant effect on the maintenance and formation of students’ interests and hobbies.3.In terms of students’ physical fitness,the main test items include fifty meter run(p=0.689),seated forward bend(p=0.584),one kilometer run(p=0.845),standing long jump(p=0.747)and pull-up(p=0.889).There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment(P > 0.05).After the teaching experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group in pull-up(p=0.043),standing long jump(P =0.000)and 1,000-meter run(p=0.040).There was no significant difference between 50 m race(p=0.184)and sitting forward bend(p=0.326)(p >0.05).There were no significant differences in 50 meter run(0.139),standing long jump(0.205),1 kilometer run(0.326),pull-up(0.598)and sitting forward bend(0.960)among control group(P > 0.05).After the experiment,there were no significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in 50 meter run(p=0.279),seated forward bend(p=0.496),1 kilometer run(p=0.505),standing long jump(p=0.503)and pull-up(p=0.888).4.In terms of students’ sports morality,it includes three aspects: sports spirit,sports character and sports ethics.Before the experiment,there were no significant differences in the total scores of sportsmanship(p=0.812),sportsmanship(p=0.437),sportsmanship(0.593)and sportsmanship(p=0.813)between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences in the internal sportsmanship of the experimental group(P=0.016 < 0.05).There were no significant differences in sports ethics(p=0.253),sports character(p=0.389)and sports morality(p=0.000)scores(P > 0.05).After the experiment,there were no significant differences in internal sportsmanship(p=0.289),sportsmanship(p=0.225),sports character(p=0.253)and total scores of sports morality(p=0.123)in the control group(p > 0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in sportsmanship(p=0.034)(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in the total scores of sportsmanship(P =0.263),sports character(p=0.600)and sports character(p=0.117)(P > 0.05).Empowerment sports mode has a remarkable effect on the promotion of sportsmanship.5.In terms of football skills,it includes three aspects: driving the ball,dribbling around the pole and accurate football kicking.Before the experiment,there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the marching ball(p=0.541),the football stick winding(p= 0.789)and the football kick accuracy(p=0.692)(P >0.05).After the experiment,the effect of the football stick winding(p= 0.209 > 0.05)was not significant.The effect of soccer kick accuracy(p=0.008 < 0.05)and traveling bounce(p=0.004< 0.05)was significant.After the experiment,there were significant differences(p < 0.05)in the experimental group in the three aspects of driving the ball(p=0.000),winding the football stick(p=0.000)and kicking accuracy(P =0.000).After the experiment,there were no significant differences in the marching ball(p=0.134),the football stick winding(p=0.083)and the football kicking accuracy(p=0.161)in the experimental group after the experiment(P >0.05).The weighted exercise mode had a significant improvement effect on the football kicking accuracy and marching ball.In short,compared with traditional physical education,the empowerment sports model has obvious teaching effect,which effectively improves students’ football skills,cultivates students’ sportsmanship,maintains students’ interest in sports,facilitates the further transformation of learning interests into sports habits,and promotes students’ all-round development.
