In recent years, the young people's physical condition decline year after year, and people's attention to sports gradually warming.And as a physical education to improve youth people's physical education has also attracted much more attention, with the examination oriented education to the quality of education, people's thinking is also constantly improving. Physical education is no longer in the traditional sense of the competitive sports as the core of the curriculum became turn into a release of students' pressure, and it became into a means to improve students' physical condition. In the face of the current middle school students learning task, academic pressure, more less of sports class, physical decline and turn into a series of problems. In this paper, we introduce quick teaching mode to solve these problems existing in the current physical education, to provide some ideas for basketball in the middle school for better development to provide some suggestions for the improving ofphysical condition physique of middle school students improve. In this paper, the use of literature, interviews, questionnaire survey method,experimental method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis method of quick mode of teaching in middle school to carry out research and analysis, by comparing the crash course teaching mode and traditional teaching mode obtained the following conclusions:(1) Intensive teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching mode, quick teaching mode can stimulate students' interests in learning basketball. This is determined by the guiding ideology of the two kinds of teaching modes and speeded up teaching mode emphasizes is in the "play" in learning basketball skills, in the "play" the exercise of the body, the premise of all activities is the children playing in the process of formation, at the beginning of the first play of the class, slowly specification action stressed the need to master the technology, let the students are learning basketball skills in a jubilant atmosphere. In contrast, the traditional teaching mode, it depresses the children play in the nature, to master the technology as the center, in the class is taught from the beginning, the basic technology, these technologies for students is boring, although in last few classes will allow students to play, play the game. But at the beginning students are inconsistent, reducing the interest of students on physical education, to the end of the last play wheninterests are grew up, the class is over.(2) Quick teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode is compared, speeded up teaching mode in classroom compared to it is more strength, more conducive to the students to improve their physical quality. The main contents in the traditional teaching mode in the course of practice is a single basic technology, in no case of the adversarial strength of these technology is very small, a class down almost no sweat. And crash model teaching has been playing a game of basketball or is playing for, directly applying the technology into a game or contest; this is in a game or contest, classroom strength nature. The whole class down basically all the students will be sweating.(3) Intensive teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching mode, course teaching mode to cultivate students' consciousness of life long physical education. Quick mode of teaching to improve the interests of students playing basketball, so that the students in their spare time will go to play basketball and in the usual course is to teach them to play the game, they in extracurricular activities time will spend more time to play the game.So persevere will develop a lifelong habit of exercise. And traditional teaching mode usually taught the basic skills, students in their spare time and not to practice basic technology, caused by class and out oftouch, be usually playing habits, don't talk about the lifelong physical culture.In physical education class in middle school basketball teaching using crash course teaching mode, less number of physical education courses in high school, short time for extra-curricular activities,student pressure status can be solved. In physical education class,you can release the pressure by playing or playing. Quick mode of teaching can also according to the students to grasp the situation at any time to change the game in progress to meet needs of different levels of students, but also to ease the pressure on teachers, teaching.
