| "Implement the OBE education concept based on students’ learning results,comprehensively reconstruct the undergraduate training program,and expand the students’ autonomous learning space." In this regard,China’s colleges and universities should integrate the OBE education concept into the teaching design,change the traditional teaching method,innovate the teaching mode,and improve the teaching quality.In addition,based on the OBE education concept,we should strengthen the construction of the ideological and political system of the aerobics public course in colleges and universities,fully integrate the aerobics teaching and ideological and political elements,and comprehensively improve the ideological and political literacy of college teachers and students while promoting the OBE education concept.Based on the OBE concept,this paper adopts the research methods of literature,Delphi and teaching experiment,and takes the investigation of the current situation of integrating the ideological and political elements of the curriculum into the public aerobics course of Qinghai University as the research starting point,analyzes the existing problems,and takes the public aerobics course of Qinghai University as an example,first carries out the construction of the ideological and political system of the curriculum,and then applies it to the teaching experiment and analyzes the implementation effect.The experiment selected the freshman students in the university as the experimental object,and took the students’ physical quality,basic skill level of aerobics,sports morality and health behavior as the four evaluation indicators of the experiment.Through the data analysis of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,it was concluded that based on the OBE concept,Whether there are significant differences and advantages between the teaching design of integrating ideological and political elements into the public aerobics course in Qinghai colleges and universities and the traditional teaching design,so as to better improve the effect of the public aerobics course in Qinghai colleges and universities on students’ ideological and political education.This paper draws the following conclusions through teaching and experiment methods:(1)Both the control group and the experimental group are based on the OBE education concept.The control group,which uses traditional content for teaching,has no obvious effect before and after the experiment,except for the endurance quality,but has obvious improvement in cardiopulmonary function,explosive force,flexibility and speed quality.For the experimental group,the addition of ideological and political elements in the traditional aerobics teaching content will significantly promote the endurance quality,cardiopulmonary function,explosive power,speed quality and endurance quality of girls;For boys,in addition to endurance quality,other physical qualities have been significantly improved.Although endurance quality has been improved,the effect is not very obvious.On the other hand,compared with the control group,the experimental group has more advantages in the development of explosive force and jumping force.(2)Both the control group and the experimental group are based on the OBE education concept,and the control group that uses traditional content for teaching has no significant difference before and after the experiment,except for the skill level of uniform clothing,which has a significant promotion effect on the remaining six basic skills of aerobics.For the experimental group,after adding ideological and political elements to the traditional aerobics teaching content,the students’ basic skills of aerobics have been significantly improved,and the experimental group has more advantages than the control group in the development of basic skills of aerobics.(3)Both the control group and the experimental group are based on the OBE education concept.The students in the control group who use traditional content to teach have a significant improvement in sports morality before and after the experiment.For the experimental group,after adding ideological and political elements to the traditional aerobics teaching content,the students’ sports morality has also been significantly improved,and the experimental group has more advantages than the control group in the development of sports morality.(4)Both the control group and the experimental group are based on the OBE education concept.The control group that uses traditional content for teaching has no significant improvement in students’ health behavior before and after the experiment.For the experimental group,after adding ideological and political elements to the traditional aerobics teaching content,students’ health behavior has been significantly improved,and the experimental group has more advantages in the development of health behavior than the control group. |
