With the rapid development of society, the competition between people becomes more and more intense, which makes people bear more and more pressure, followed by health problems. As college students, they also face great pressure of study and employment when they enter University,so health problems cannot be ignored. The burden of college students’ physical health falls on the public sports courses in our universities. Therefore, how to play the role of public sports courses in colleges and universities has become a problem that we have been studying. With the popularity of aerobics in recent years, this course has become more and more popular with female college students. However,at present, the university aerobics course is limited by teaching methods, class hours, teaching venues, teaching content, etc.,and the teaching effect is not reflected. However, calisthenics in health clubs are very popular. Therefore, how to combine the calisthenics teaching model with the calisthenics teaching courses in our university and improve the teaching content, improve our backward teaching methods, and improve students’ interest in calisthenics becomes particularly important.Let students choose the appropriate exercise method according to their own preferences,so that students can cultivate long-term interest and help students achieve the purpose of exercise, physical fitness, and lifelong love of physical exercise. In order to promote the application of calisthenics "cluster-style" teaching mode in calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities, this study adopted methods such as literature method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method, and selected two classes among the 2016 students I taught. One class as a control group and one class as an experimental group conducted 15 weeks of experiments.Through the comparison between the physical fitness test, aerobics skill test scores and the comprehensive quality of the students before and after the experiment, the following conclusions were drawn:The first, before the experiment, there were no significant differences in five physical tests such as lung capacity, standing long jump,800 meters, seat body bending, and 50meters(P>0.05);After the experiment, there was basically no difference between the threecategories of standing long jump,50 meters, and seat body bending(P>0.05),but the experimental group was better than the control group in lung capacity and 800 meters. The comparison between the two groups showed that the five physical fitness tests of the control group improved after the experiment, but there was no significant difference(P >0.05),and the experimental group had a significant difference in lung capacity and 800 meters(P<0.05).The second, after the experiment, the students in the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group on the prescribed routines and self-programming sets. This shows that after the introduction of the cluster-style teaching model into the university aerobics course,Can improve the teaching effect to a certain extent, better achieve the teaching goals. The third, the comprehensive quality of the students in the experimental group after the experiment, such as self-confidence,potential development, and team cooperation capabilities, have been significantly improved. The forth,club-style courses have played a very good driving effect, not only to make students in the final skills assessment and obviously improve the performance, but also cultivate students after class exercise habits, which they adhere to physical exercise played a good role.By comparing the "club style" teaching mode with the traditional teaching mode, this paper studies the practical application method of the "club style" teaching mode and the actual influence on the teaching effect, and expounds the advantages. For the majority of aerobics teachers to accept and use the "club" teaching model and improve the current teaching methods to provide practical and reliable basis.
