A Study On The Social Support Issues And Countermeasures For College Students Returning To Their Hometowns For Entrepreneurship From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Entrepreneurship plays a very important role in promoting technological innovation,employment development and economic development.With the popularization of higher education and the proposal of rural revitalization strategy,college students’ return to their hometown to start businesses has become an important way to solve the employment problem,and has also provided talents,knowledge and technology for rural revitalization and development.This paper takes the college students and relevant government staff in X County as the research object,and combines the actual situation of X County to develop and distribute questionnaires,conduct online and offline interviews,reflect the current situation of the support system for college students in X County to return home and start businesses through data collection and analysis,find out the existing problems,and put forward the path measures to optimize the improvement of the support system for college students in X County to return home and start businesses.The main contents of the study are as follows: First,through reading the previous literature,the research status and theoretical basis of college students’ homecoming entrepreneurship at home and abroad are sorted out;The second is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the government,colleges and universities,and social support for the return of college students to their hometown and entrepreneurship in X County on the basis of questionnaires and interviews;The third is to put forward suggestions to optimize the support system for college students’ return home entrepreneurship in X County from three aspects,namely,government support for college students’ return home entrepreneurship,social support for college students’ return home entrepreneurship,and university support for college students’ return home entrepreneurship,in order to provide help for college students’ return home entrepreneurship in X County and help the development of rural revitalization in X County.The article puts forward the following suggestions to optimize the social support system for college students’ homecoming entrepreneurship: the government plays a leading role in providing support for college students’ homecoming entrepreneurship activities by improving the support system,planning the service system,and strengthening feedback supervision;Strengthen the educational function at the university level,constantly enrich the contents of various courses for college students to return home and start their own businesses,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and jointly provide more opportunities for college students to return home and start their own businesses,and accumulate experience and human resources for entrepreneurship;At the social level,we should assume the role of service,create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere,establish an efficient entrepreneurial financing mechanism,and provide college students with systematic homecoming entrepreneurial service consulting and supporting facilities.
