SAQ Training Method To Badminton Study On The Impact Of Rapid Directional Mobility Ability

In the context of the 20 th Party Congress report,which proposed "promoting the comprehensive development of mass sports and competitive sports,accelerating the construction of a strong sports nation,and promoting the development of youth sports,whether the SAQ physical training method has an effect on speed and agility ability in badminton has not been explored.Therefore,this study aims to investigate the effect of SAQ physical training method on the fast change of direction movement ability of badminton option class students.The study mainly adopts literature method,experimental method,mathematical and statistical method and other research methods.50 students from Badminton Club of Hubei Normal University are the experimental subjects,the training time is 12 sessions,and the 50 students are randomly divided into two groups with 25 students in each group by random grouping,and the physical functional test is conducted for both groups before the experiment to screen the students for the existence of physical damage,and the students who are screened and qualified Students will receive 12 sessions of SAQ physical training or traditional badminton physical training.The test consisted of two main phases-pre-training and post-training.The results of the study yielded.(1)After the 6-week experimental intervention,comparing the pre and post test scores of the experimental group with SAQ training,the results showed that after the12 sessions of SAQ physical training,there was a significant main effect of the experimental group in terms of the time effect of the six items of rapid change of direction movement ability,(all P < 0.01)indicating that the SAQ training method can make the students’ performance in the six items of rapid change of direction movement ability index significantly improved.(2)After the 6-week experimental intervention,the results showed that after the6-week traditional physical training intervention,there was a significant main effect of time effect on the pre and post test scores of the six items of rapid change of direction movement ability in the control group,(all P < 0.05)in the pre and post test comparison of the six items showed that there was a significant difference in the progress of the students in these items under the traditional training.difference in,indicating that students with traditional badminton physical training have improved performance in the six items of rapid change of direction movement ability index.(3)Through the 6-week experimental intervention,comparing the difference in the overall performance improvement of the six items of rapid directional mobility between the experimental group with SAQ physical training and the control group with traditional physical training,the results showed that except for the 10-meter folding run item,there was a significant main effect of the group effects of the two groups in the other five items of the rapid directional mobility test,and there was a significant interaction of time × group effects,indicating that after six weeks of After six weeks of experimental intervention,the group using SAQ physical training improved more than the group using traditional physical training in the five rapid change of direction movement indexes and the difference in the improvement rate was significant.(4)The results of the 6-week experimental intervention in the 10-meter toss event indicated that there was no significant main effect between the two groups,and when comparing the progress of the two groups in this event,the results indicated that the experimental group made greater progress in this event.(5)Through the 6-week experimental intervention,the results of statistical analysis were used to point out that SAQ physical training was more effective and significant in improving the fast change of direction movement ability of badminton option class students compared to traditional physical training.Research findings:Traditional physical training can develop the quick change of direction movement ability of general undergraduate students.The SAQ training method was effective in improving the quick change of direction movement ability of the general undergraduate badminton option students.The SAQ training method was more effective and significantly improved the subject’s ability to change direction quickly compared to traditional physical training.
