Research purpose: This paper combines image training with multi-directional movement practice to teach tennis, which draws on their strengths and affects each other. The purpose is to enable tennis beginners to improve the learning efficiency of forehand stroke and shorten the learning time,so as to quickly master the forehand stroke technology,so that beginners can experience the fun of tennis with standard tennis movements.Research methods: This paper pre studies the impact of multi-directional mobile practice combined with image training on the forehand hitting ability of tennis beginners.According to the research methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics,60 tennis beginners of 2019-2020 in a university are randomly divided into a group of experimental group and three groups of control group,This paper makes an experimental study on the forehand hitting ability(basic movement, hitting accuracy and hitting stability)of college tennis beginners.Experimental results: compared with the middle and late stage of the experiment, the average value of basic movements and hitting accuracy of the experimental group was improved, and there was a obvious difference, and the average value of hitting stability was improved, with a very obvious difference. In the image training control group, the average value of basic movements increased with obvious difference, the average value of hitting accuracy increased without obvious difference, and the average value of hitting stability increased with extremely obvious difference. The middle and later stages of the experiment were compared, the average value of basic movements in the control group of multi-directional movement exercise is improved, with no obvious difference, the average value of hitting accuracy is improved, with a very obvious difference, and the average value of hitting stability is improved, with a very obvious difference In the later stage of the experiment, the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the multi-directional movement training control group, there was no obvious difference, higher than that of the image training control group and the traditional teaching control group, and there was obvious difference; In the later stage of the experiment, the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the image training control group, and there was no obvious difference, which was higher than that of the multi-directional movement training control group and the traditional teaching control group; In the late stage of the experiment, the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the image training control group and the multi-directional movement training control group, there was no obvious difference, which was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching control group.According to the experimental results, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Image training combined with multi-directional movement practice can effectively improve the forehand hitting ability(basic movement, hitting accuracy and hitting stability)of college tennis beginners.Imagery training combined with multi-directional movement training can improve the accuracy of forehand stroke for tennis beginners, which is better than imagery training and traditional teaching; The improvement of forehand basic movement for tennis beginners is better than multi-directional movement practice and traditional teaching; The improvement of hitting stability for tennis beginners is better than traditional teaching.(2)Imagery training can effectively improve the basic movements and hitting stability in the forehand hitting ability of college tennis beginners.Multi direction movement practice can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of forehand stroke ability of college tennis beginners.
