| multi-directional movement training belongs to a system of functional training.Through various forms of movement,it can significantly improve the practitioners’ reaction ability,direction changing ability and coordination ability.In foreign countries,multi-directional movement training has been generally recognized,while in China,the related research is less,the theoretical system is relatively weak,and the related research combined with badminton is very few.It is found that the agility quality is highly correlated with the performance in badminton competition(r = 0.83),while the application of agility quality is less in the research of badminton training.Therefore,in this study,badminton students as the experimental object,randomly divided into experimental group(n = 6)and control group(n = 6),using the methods of literature,expert interviews,experiments,mathematical statistics and other research methods,Nanjing Normal University School of sports science 18 badminton special students for 12 weeks of different methods of sensitive training,comparative analysis of speed multi direction movement This paper analyzes the influence of training and traditional footwork training on the sensitive quality of badminton students,analyzes the reasons for the differences,and draws conclusions and gives relevant suggestions.In this paper,from the five dimensions of fast changing ability,changing movement ability,movement coordination ability,reaction ability and special footwork,we selected the test results of T-type running test,drilling and jumping hurdle test,repeated crossing test,reaction time test and four corner low center of gravity run as the evaluation indexes of sensitive quality,and made independent sample t-test and Analysis on the indexes of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment The results of paired sample t-test are as follows(1)After 12 weeks of speed multi-directional movement training,the experimental group’s t-run test,repeated cross test and low center of gravity fourpoint run test results were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment.In T-type running test,the average score of boys increased from 6.43 seconds to 5.65 seconds,and that of girls increased from 7.63 seconds to 6.43seconds;in repeated crossing test,the average score of boys increased from 29.67 seconds to 38.33 seconds,and that of girls increased from 27.67 seconds to 33.33seconds;in low gravity four point running test,the average score of boys increased from 17.05 seconds to 15.60 seconds,and that of girls increased from 22.05 seconds to 18.53 seconds.(2)The control group after 12 weeks of traditional footwork movement training,compared with the five test indexes before the experiment,in addition to the special footwork test has significantly improved,the rest of the test has no significant improvement in statistics.The average score of boys increased from 17.25 seconds to15.91 seconds,while that of girls increased from 22.31 seconds to 18.72 seconds.(3)After 12 weeks of experiment,the experimental group compared with the control group,in the t-run test,repeated across the test,the experimental group improved more significantly,but in the low center of gravity four-point run test,reaction time test,drilling and jumping hurdle test did not show obvious advantages.Through the analysis,the multi-directional movement training can improve the sensitive quality more comprehensively and comprehensively,especially the rapid direction changing ability and movement coordination ability.In the practice of training,multi-directional mobile training has new training methods and changeable forms,and students have high enthusiasm for training.It is suggested that the two training methods should be organically combined in the future badminton specialized course and after-school training,so as to improve students’ footwork ability and sensitive quality. |
