With the continuous development of volleyball, volleyball competition has become increasingly fierce and cruel, and the relevant training methods of volleyball are also in constant progress and innovation. Therefore, the scientificity and diversity of relevant training methods are becoming more and more important.Mobility refers to the ability of athletes to respond to various actions and complete a certain action in the shortest time in competition or training. Its training is mainly based on high-intensity and short-time anaerobic training. The physical quality of volleyball players is constantly improving, and the speed of spiking and serving is also constantly improving. This also has a greater challenge to the volleyball players ability of fast changing movement and reaction. In the volleyball match, the ability of fast changing direction movement is becoming more and more important. For example,in the volleyball match, when the auxiliary attack team blocks in the front row, they need to judge the attack point of the other team in time, and move to the corresponding position to block. Therefore, this paper mainly from the practice of sports training, aims to explore the difference between the stable and unstable conditions of load squat training on Volleyball Players’ lower limb fast strength and fast directional movement ability through the unstable state provided by the balance pad on the balance plate, combined with the training means of load squat. In this experiment, the subjects were divided into experimental group A(balance disc),experimental group B(balance pad)and control group C(flat ground)according to the different stable supporting surfaces provided by balance pad and balance disc.Under the same condition, each group was given the same load and the same training content. In the week before the experiment,a week-long pre experiment was carried out to test the maximum strength of the subjects. And let the subjects adapt to the load squat training on the unstable support surface. Before the beginning of the formal experiment, all the subjects were tested for the ability of fast lower limb strength and fast directional movement. After the end of the experimental intervention, the post-test was carried out,and the results were compared and analyzed before and after the experiment, and the following conclusions were drawn(1)Based on the traditional weight-bearing training, the introduction of unstable support surface can effectively improve the volleyball students’ ability of fast direction changing movement.Because more muscles need to be mobilized on unstable support surfaces. The training effect is also better.(2)The results show that the effect of unstable squatting is better than that of traditional squatting on flat ground, and the effect of unstable squatting is better than that of stable squatting. The higher the instability of support surface, the better the improvement of the ability of changing direction movement of volleyball students The better.(3)There is no significant difference between the three groups in the improvement of standing long jump and foot run-up take-off touch height. And in the 30 meter running index,...
