Chinese traditional festivals contain the genes of the Chinese nation ’s excellent traditional culture for thousands of years and are an important part of Chinese traditional culture.Therefore,the promotion of traditional Chinese culture must be started from a young age,and through the development of traditional Chinese festival cultural courses,the national cultural sentiments and the roots of China should be deeply rooted in the hearts of the younger generation of students.This research first sorts out the relevant theories of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum of the Chinese traditional festival culture primary school.Including the classification and characteristics,spiritual characteristics,and educational value of traditional Chinese festivals,the design,implementation,and evaluation of the curriculum for comprehensive practical activities in primary schools,and the requirements for the curriculum of traditional Chinese festival culture in primary schools.Subsequently,the District D Education Committee of C City and its two primary schools of S and Y were used as case investigation objects.Through classroom observation,teacher interviews and physical collection methods,the development of the "Our China Festival" course in District D was investigated.At the same time,it summarizes the course design and implementation process,the results achieved,the advantages of successful development,and the shortcomings.The results achieved by the course include: the initial formation of the course development system,the gradual increase in student activity participation,and the gradual formation of home-school education.The advantages of the course successfully carried out are: regional environmental advantages,policy guidance advantages,subject-based advantages,and pilot results advantages.The shortcomings of this course are: in terms of course objectives,the objectives of the theme activities of the period should be layered and refined;in terms of activity methods,activity forms and activity methods need to be optimized and combined;in course evaluation,the evaluation methods and evaluation content need to be more Diversity;in terms of faculty,professional teacher training needs to be accelerated;on the support system,activity course resources need to be fully developed and utilized;on the security system,the activity safety management system needs to be established and perfected.Finally,based on the relevant theories of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum of the Chinese traditional festival culture elementary school,and referring to the empirical research results of the development of the "Our Chinese Festival" in the D district of C city,suggestions for the development of the primary practical activity curriculum of the Chinese traditional festival culture primary school are put forward,Mainly: constructing the theme framework of grade goals,refining grade activity goals;focusing on optimizing the combination of activity methods and correctly grasping the strength of guidance;focusing on enriching the activity evaluation methods and enriching the evaluation content;training full-time teachers of the activity courses to enhance the professional level of teachers;adequate develop activity course resources and strengthen resource integration;establish and improve activity safety systems to ensure the safety of teacher and student activities.
