With the continuous optimization of Internet information technology,the combination of Internet and education field is getting closer and closer.O2 O teaching mode is based on digital and information-based teaching platform,centered on rich,accurate and diversified teaching resources,and takes students’ main body and teachers’ leading as the educational ideology,through the complementary and deep integration of online and offline advantages,extending the traditional pure classroom lecture teaching activities to Through the complementary advantages and deep integration of online and offline,the traditional pure classroom teaching activities are extended to before and after class,and Online and Offline are integrated into the teaching process,forming an activity-oriented and task-driven multi-directional interaction,communication and collaboration teaching mode.How to maximize the advantages of O2 O teaching mode in physical education needs to be explored in the practice of physical educationThis paper uses the literature method to provide an overview of the O2 O teaching model.Guided by learning theories such as constructivism theory,using Learning Pass and We Chat,and combining the actual situation of learners,learning content and learning environment,we combine table tennis with the O2 O teaching model and test the teaching effectiveness of the O2 O teaching model after 10 weeks of teaching experiments,thus providing practical experience for the reform of university table tennis physical education.The study yielded the following results.(1)In terms of physical fitness,compared to the traditional teaching mode,the O2 O teaching mode did not significantly improve the sit-up performance,but significantly improved the performance of one-minute rope skipping and 30-second sliding touch table;(2)In terms of basic skills,the O2 O teaching mode was more conducive to the improvement of college students’ basic table tennis skills than the traditional teaching mode.(3)In terms of exercise attitude,the O2 O teaching mode was more beneficial than the traditional teaching mode in improving the exercise attitude of college students.(4)In terms of learning interest,the O2 O teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of college students’ learning interest level than the traditional teaching modeThe study concluded the following.(1)O2O teaching mode can effectively improve students’ learning effect(2)The teaching mode can make students fully aware of the importance of physical exercise and promote the cultivation of lifelong sports awareness.(3)O2O teaching mode can enhance students’ interest in learning table tennis... |
