| With the continuous development of social science and technology,education has established deep link with network media and stepped into the era of education information.Relying on the introduction of major policies,schools around the country have responded to the call to gradually open online teaching courses.“BOPPPS”teaching model has been popular and developed in North America many years ago.Now there have been a large number of studies on the combination of this model and online courses at home and abroad,and it’s effect has been widely recognized.At the same time,under the research background of the normalization of the reform of education information,the introduction of BOPPPS teaching model into the online public courses of college sports is conductive to promoting the development of education reform.This paper takes the application of BOPPPS teaching model in online teaching of college physical education public courses as the research object,and optimizes the teaching model and teaching effect of online physical education public courses as the research purpose.This paper aims to explore the influence of the combination of BOPPPS teaching model and college sports online public courses on students’ learning effect(learning satisfaction,sports autonomous learning ability,sports exercise attitude,skill level,physical fitness level),and further analyze the difference between the teaching effect of BOPPPS online public courses and the traditional online public courses in sports.By using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,experiment,expert interview and questionnaire,a total of 40 students from two classes of swimming sports compulsory course for undergraduates of Grade 2022 are taken as experimental objects.On the premise of ensuring the same teaching content,the experimental class adopted the BOPPPS teaching mode,while the control class adopted the traditional teaching mode to carry out the four-week teaching experiment respectively.During the experiment,the two groups of students arranged the same pre-test and post-test.According to the obtained data results,the independent sample T test and paired sample T test were used for comparative analysis,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.In college sports online public courses,compared with the traditional online teaching mode,BOPPPS online teaching mode pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability and independent thinking ability,which is more effective in stimulating students’ subjective initiative.2.Compared with the traditional online teaching mode,BOPPPS online teaching mode emphasizes the student-subject and teacher-student relationship in the classroom,and can provide targeted teaching care and immediate teaching feedback for students’ individual differences,which is conductive to improving students’ learning satisfaction and attitude towards physical exercise.3.Both BOPPPS online teaching mode and traditional online teaching mode help to improve students’ special theoretical level,but BOPPPS online teaching mode is more significant,flexible teaching structure and diversified teaching methods can better promote students’ learning efficiency and performance.4.Neither BOPPPS online teaching mode nor traditional online teaching mode has a significant effect on the improvement of students’ physical fitness level.Although BOPPPS online teaching mode can significantly improve students’ exercise initiative,due to the limitations of teaching environment and teaching cycle,students’ physical fitness level cannot be significantly improved.We should follow the physiological laws of sports and sports training science,combine the demands of online teaching mode environment,and further improve the demands of online teaching environment. |
