| In recent years,due to the relatively fast development of China’s economy,companies have increasingly high requirements for all-round development of talents.The high demand for talents is the high demand for education.It is necessary to strengthen the development of education in order to meet the needs of the society for some high-quality talents.In traditional teaching,teachers strictly control students’ entire learning process,including teaching objectives,content,results and quality,so as to make the whole teaching routine and structured.Through online teaching,students can learn whenever and wherever they want.But due to the lack of guidance,supervision and a real interactive learning atmosphere between teachers and students,it is difficult to guarantee the impact of online learning.With the continuous development of education information,the advantages of online learning resources and offline teaching are integrated,mixed teaching is integrated into teaching,and the reform of new courses is promoted.In this study,the BOPPPS model is fully applied to the swimming course through the "Rain Class" platform,which can make up for the deficiencies in the current course to a large extent.By using the methods of literature,interview,experiment,investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper takes 40 students of Grade 2021 majoring in physical education of Wuhan Physical Education University as the experimental objects.Among them,the control class adopts the traditional teaching method and the experimental class adopts BOPPPS integrated online teaching.After that,the 40 students are subjected to a4-month teaching experiment.After testing and analyzing students’ breaststroke speed,breaststroke technique,learning interest,cooperation ability,communication ability,independent learning ability and problem-solving ability,the following conclusions are drawn:1.According to the test results of 50 m speed swimming,the average speed of the experimental class is faster than that of the control class,and the overall average speed of breaststroke in the experimental class is more stable than that in the control class.2.From the perspective of students’ learning interest,BOPPPS integrated online teaching can stimulate students’ learning motivation,enrich the teaching content and activate the classroom atmosphere,so as to stimulate students’ learning interest in class.3.From the comparative analysis results of the two classes in the breaststroke technique,it is found that the experimental class students in the body posture,leg movements,arm movements and coordination time scores are higher than the control class,experimental class teaching method is more effective in improving the breaststroke technique.4.BOPPPS integrated online teaching Through online learning,group discussion in class,classroom testing,case analysis and other forms,students’ communication ability,ability to analyze and solve problems,independent learning ability and cooperation ability have been significantly improved. |
