At the beginning of 2020,COVID-19 spread widely in China.Most of the regions in the country were pressed by the pause button,which seriously affected the normal development of physical education in Colleges and universities.In order to fully implement the spirit of the speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the prevention and control of pneumonia in New Coronavirus infected areas,the Ministry of Education issued the initiative to "suspend classes and not stop learning and keep learning." As an important carrier of physical education in Colleges and universities,public physical education is the key period of cultivating students’ lifelong sports thoughts,and an important position in fighting against epidemic situation and preventing and controlling epidemic diseases.To this end,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,interview and so on,taking the public physical education students in Colleges and universities of Shandong Province as the object of investigation,taking the online public physical education teaching in Shandong ordinary universities in the COVID-19 as the research content,combing the relevant theories of online public sports teaching in Colleges and universities,and investigating the current situation and development dilemma of online public physical education teaching in Colleges and universities.The paper clarifies the influencing factors of online public sports teaching in Colleges and universities,explores the optimization strategies of online public sports teaching in Colleges and universities,and provides reference for the online public sports teaching in Colleges and universities in China.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Online public physical education is an important part of education service,and it is the inevitable choice for building a strong country in education,a strong country in sports and a powerful country in the network;It is an important guarantee to promote the fairness of public physical education and improve the quality of public sports teaching;It is an important means to implement the "stop teaching,stop learning and stop practicing".(2)during the COVID-19,students’ willingness to live in isolation training is strong,and love online public sports teaching.But some students have poor self-management ability in class,only 141 students,accounting for 24.68% of them can follow the class all the time,which is difficult to achieve the expected teaching effect completely,which shows the dilemma that the teaching effect needs to be improved.(3)Online physical education teaching is novel,which puts forward higher requirements for the information teaching ability of Public PE teachers.Physical education teachers can meet the students’ training needs to the greatest extent by teaching online,video,live + video and so on.However,some PE teachers have weak online teaching ability,364,accounting for 63.64% of students think that their PE teachers are not good at courseware making,and there is a dilemma of lack of teaching technology.(4)In the process of online public sports teaching,teachers and students are not directly faced,which leads to the dislocation of "space,time and information",which makes teachers unable to give accurate guidance and evaluation to students.Only 156 students,accounting for27.27% of students,have accepted individual guidance from teachers;Secondly,due to the limitations of the factors such as home environment,sports space and equipment facilities,teachers have limitations in the content,organization and method selection of teaching,which presents a single dilemma in teaching implementation.(5)Online public sports teaching mode can effectively meet the needs of public sports students and improve their physical quality.403 students,accounting for 70.45 percent,said online public sports teaching can meet their own needs.However,there are still low level of network information in Colleges and universities,the teaching platform is not perfect,which leads to the poor teaching of courses.305 students,accounting for 53.32 percent,show that the network is unstable in the course of class,and there is a dilemma of insufficient guarantee of teaching facilities.(6)Measures: on the students’ side,improve their self-management ability,establish mutual assistance groups after class,and promote communication and communication.On the teachers’ side,we should improve the level of information,innovate online teaching methods,actively integrate into classroom thinking and politics,and improve the online teaching ability.On the aspect of school,we should establish a systematic online sports teaching management system,normalize,standardize and institutionalize online physical education teaching,improve online teaching platform,pay attention to information construction,actively implement the "Online +offline" mixed teaching mode,and promote teaching equity.
