Research On The Practical Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Juvenile Justice Social Workers Under The Theory Of Community Of Practice

Adolescence is a significant stage in life full of changes and personality formation and development,and some bad behaviors and habits of teenagers also begin to appear frequently at this stage.If there is no positive guidance,they will fall into a wrong path.Shanghai established the Sunshine Community Youth Affairs Center in 2003,which is mainly responsible for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.Since then,the development of juvenile judicial social work in China has been gradually carried out,and it has been about 20 years.At present,many regions are still in the preliminary exploration stage.This study combs the development process of juvenile justice social work in Shanghai,analyzes the difficulties existing in the growing community of juvenile justice practice,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of optimizing the current community of practice and summarizing the practical wisdom of social workers.This paper adopts the grounded theoretical research method,takes 12 juvenile justice social workers in the workstation set up by Shanghai G Youth Social Work Agency in Zone C as the research object,collects data through semi-structured interviews,and uses ATLAS.ti 9 software to code and analyze the data.The exploration process of the institutionalization of juvenile judicial social work in Shanghai has roughly gone through three stages: gestation and breeding,exploration and improvement,consolidation and deepening,which correspond to the three stages of the development of the community of juvenile justice practice: the budding period,the formation period and the growth period.Currently,the community of juvenile justice practice initially has three elements of community of practice: mutual intervention,a cooperative enterprise and a shared think tank.The following problems exist in the mutual intervention: First,the responsibility of each subject is unclear and the practical motivation is insufficient;Second,there is a lack of cooperation mechanism,and the communication between subjects is not smooth;Third,there is lack of in-depth intervention and identity of the subject is vague.In the pursuit of a cooperative enterprise,there are the following obstacles: unclear common vision,different values,and inconsistent work objectives.In the process of building a shared think tank,there are the following shortcomings: On the one hand,it is difficult to solve problems due to the lack of shared resources;On the other hand,the scope of sharing is small,and communication is poor.Finally,this article summarizes the practical wisdom of social workers,and explores the optimization path of the community of juvenile justice practice from three aspects: consensus cohesion,cultural shaping and resource sharing.Juvenile justice protection is a joint enterprise of the whole society.Social work,as one of the subjects,cooperates with other members of the community of juvenile justice practice.All subjects work together to prevent juvenile delinquency and protect the rights and interests of juveniles.This study analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in the judicial protection of juveniles,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which is conducive to exploring and establishing a more perfect cooperation mechanism of judicial protection and social protection,and safeguarding the healthy growth of juveniles.
