Juvenile Justice Referral In The Social Work Involved In Space Research

At present,the juvenile crime problem has become the world's countries are facing and the value of one of the important social problems.Due to the particularity of juvenile delinquency,the traditional pattern of punishment is not adapt to the juvenile criminal court and the growth of the juvenile crime.With the reform of juvenile justice system in our country,social work as an important social force in the juvenile justice play a more and more important role in the process of referral.Justice social work theory and skills,has been in the criminal judicial education,family therapy,has accumulated rich experience in aspects of community correction,and for preventing juvenile delinquency,reduce crime rate,help delinquency has great significance to the return to society.This paper mainly adopts literature research,interview method,case study method for referral to the juvenile justice social work involved in space research.First of all,from the perspective of judicial social work through to the current situation of juvenile delinquency in our country,criminal and juvenile justice system research explore the necessity of juvenile delinquency in the judicial intervention of social work;Secondly,through the social work involved in the specific case of juvenile justice referrals,states the way and content of social work,and reflect on the way to work and methods as well as the need to improve the deficiency of the place;Third,justice social work development present situation in our country,explore the juvenile justice social work intervention in referral space problems,and find the solution.Hope in combination with their own practice,this paper tries to analyze juvenile criminal procedure in the process of special protection mechanism,through the juvenile justice social work involved in the study of space,in the referral by judicial organs and promote method,department and other departments and social work of correctional institutions supporting system to establish a mutual cooperation and cohesion,for the legal basis for social work intervention juvenile justice system,professional basis to comb,and a series of related issues and in the juvenile justice reform,on the basis of the existing judicial intervention of social work space conditional expand,hope to contribute to the healthy development of the juvenile justice system.
