| Community correction is the execution of execution,will meet the legal conditions of the criminals in the community,in specialized state organs,social organizations,civil organizations and social volunteers,with the help of the judgment,order or decision,correct their criminal psychology and behavior habits,promote its smooth return to the society of the prison execution activities.Through the specific analysis of the "partner" project,using observation and interview method,field investigation of juvenile crime background,family members,visiting community neighborhood,collect and organize the basic situation,decided to carry out four months of juvenile delinquency community correction group practice,guide juvenile crime to improve self-efficacy,restore family support function and stable family structure,repair and community acquaintances neighborhood relationship,build community relations support network and promote its smooth return to society.Guided by the theory of superiority perspective,ecosystem theory and socialization theory,through the analysis of the individual,family,community and social level of juvenile crime,social workers and juvenile crime jointly formulate the relevant community correction service plan.first,Practice in the restoration of family support functions,To guide juvenile crimes to understand self-problems and guide family contradictions,family role exchange and relationship improvement,strengthen parent-child communication and family moral education,promote the integration and rebirth development of family and society,Stabilizing and consolidating the family structure;next,Practice in community acquaintances and neighbors,Through the communication with acquaintances and elders,we can deeply understand the life principles,correct the deviation behavior under the supervision of acquaintances,strengthen the relationship under the communication with neighbors and friends,and develop good behavior habits under the mutual help of neighbors,Carry forward the community’s positive energy;last,Practice in building community relationship networks,To assist juvenile delinquency understanding and be familiar with the cultural environment of the community,to build legal lecture halls with children in the community,to carry out micro-employment in the community,to build a long-term and effective community circle of friends,Promote the smooth integration of juvenile crimes into communities.The following conclusions: first,in the process of juvenile crime community correction,need multi-level analysis,intervention in the correction process,the juvenile crime is caused by many reasons,in the correction process,also need to carry out services from different levels to make juvenile crime and change themselves,improve community correction efficiency and achieve correction goals;second,need to link multiple resources,strengthen the participation of government organizations and social forces,promote the healthy development of juvenile crime,integrate into the community and smooth return to society. |
