Generates Logic And Optimization Path Of College Students’ Emergency Volunteer Service Practice

Public health emergencies are urgent and risky,condensing crisis response experience and establishing and improving institutionalized emergency response plans have become the top priorities of universities in the post-epidemic era.In universities affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic and entering closed management,student emergency volunteers,as an important human resource,flexibly respond to the needs of on-campus services,and their practices have evolved due to special time(public health emergencies),space(closed management universities)and crowds(students),under the influence of multiple factors.The analysis framework of this study is based on social practice theory,and utilizes a hybrid research method of semi-structured interview and text analysis as the primary qualitative research,with quantitative research of questionnaire survey being supplemented,finally conducts a questionnaire survey on 182 student emergency volunteers of H University,selects 14 students to conduct in-depth interviews,and analyzes 30 related texts to explore the characteristics and generative logic of emergency volunteer service practice of college students.It is found that,firstly,practice is characterized as diversified services under multiple challenges and complex ability requirements,while the three types of fields,social field,power field and education field,as the habit of internal temperament tendency to be aroused and regenerated,cultural capital,social capital and symbol capital are three types of capital,respectively,define space,form logic,and provide tools for college students’ emergency volunteer service practice,thereby depicting the overall practice pattern under the role of multiple elements.Secondly,due to the accumulation of experience,motivational and process difficulties,the service difficulty is affected by the trade-off,differentiated social capital,symbolic capital,and symbolic capital transformed by practice represent the capital interaction of teachers and students emergency volunteers,and the formation of practice,practice reaction and cycle rise three links to characterize the action process of each element that affects practice,the triple change clarifies the logic of practice generation.Finally,based on the characteristics of the early,middle and late stages,three practice optimization paths of "recruitment-emergency","training-promotion" and "transformation-improvement" are proposed.
